I'm so sorry to hear your experience. I think I would be writing the attorney general here and the fed one also. And a letter to the Federal Justice Dept. Also, they owe ya'll money and you should at least file a report to Better Business Bureau and have it recorded. Then there might be more people to join u for a class-action suit. Best wishes.
