This is also true if you ask someone else to write for you who you just promoted to manager after what was described to me as a six month vendetta/crusade to get rid of the market manager under you, possibly in order to have direct access to the accounts. I started investigating BankUnited after a plethora of negative press came out about a small little bank that the NYTimes, SunSentinel, Miami Herald and SFBJ would hardly see fit to devote 2,000 word exposes to. Also, your DUI/drug possession arrest was on the PBC Sheriff's website but is no longer up, hence the link to the courts. Contrary to your assertion, neither myself nor the regular readers, none of whom have seen fit to raise any issue, have all that much time. They need to be directed to where they can easily link to. I called you twice for comment. One time you got nasty, the other time you hung up the phone. That doesn't bother me and wouldn't cause me to write a piece about you. That said, the story was not supposed to be about you to the extent that it was. But when I called people for comment, all they would do is go on and on about you. Many of the stories are ones I wouldn't print. I refused to print them out of journalistic integrity. Suffice it to say that you are generally loathed by 95% of people who have worked with you and they seem to have quite an ax to grind. Yet all this pales in comparison to what they told me about an internal memo going out last week advising salespeople how to deal with seniors who will not be getting their quarterly interest check. I know that you weren't the decision maker on that one. It just shows what a class act your entire organization is. Stories like this while there's a huge movement to remove the mention of religion from the City of Deerfield. Instilling Judeo-Christian values and faith based initiatives (as even Sen. Obama has come to realize) are key to having a cohesive society, let alone a blessed one. Religious mentors are far more effective at getting teens to refrain from/avoid drugs, crime and truancy than any other program. The Judeo-Christian values that are the foundation of America and of any healthy society need to be recognized. The anti-religion zealots who are trying to remove all vestiges of belief are doing a great disservice to the nation. They are also seeking to remove and change the City's history. There are many former PP workers who will attest that when it came to teen mothers, the staff would always push abortion and do so with fervor. They had no regard for the morality or the long term emotional and health scars it would cause, nor did they share any of that with the teens they were pushing into abortions. The entire organization is a disgrace. Perhaps some of the posters who cite their 90 year record would like to tell us of their history as the key organization of the eugenics movement and some of their earlier activities that were in lock step with the nazis and with racist fronts at home.
