Fly in the Ointment? Obama Kills It
Wow, interesting comments. I guess you couldn't find something intelligent to say. There are ways to disagree with someone without coming across as an unintelligent bigot. (Jun 19, 2009 | post #223)
ADP to Create 1,000 Jobs in Augusta
Thank you for your interest in the company. All available job postings can be found at WWW.ADP.COM (May 18, 2009 | post #48)
ADP Teams With Cornerstone OnDemand to Optimize Employer Talent...
That is standard practice for ADP. The company has a long history of NOT disclosing information about internal issues with the press. The company is very conservative and does not feel that letting the information out early before results are available will provide any value. (May 18, 2009 | post #2)
New old firm to do Adams payroll
I am an ADP employee now but I used to run my own business part-time and you are right "Mom to 3 Great Kids" that doing payroll can be done with a couple of folks for less money. But just as "BusinessSens e" states - What do you want to spend your time doing? Running and growing your business or managing payroll, taxes, human resources, time cards, flexible spending accounts, 401k's etc. A simple payroll..sure we can help you do that..and we have a very simple internet based payroll program for that. But when you truly get down to it most of our clients are outsourcing not just the payroll but all the things that go with it. Based on the article (and the price tag) what was purchased was a lot more than payroll. (Nov 18, 2008 | post #6)
ADP Announces Move to The NASDAQ Stock Market
What makes you think that ADP will start "cooking the books"? ADP is one of the most conservative companies I know. We do not get the respect we deserve because we have a conservative approach. For example, how many of the Fortune 500 do you know have as little debt as ADP does? Not many. I do not see a day (unless we have a large mngt change) when we will be able to say ADP and financial scandal in the same sentence. (Nov 17, 2008 | post #2)
Gregory, the best way to look for positions is to go to www.adp.com and look under Careers. (Nov 4, 2008 | post #11)
Wow, I did not know that payroll was supposed to be exciting. I thought it was a good thing that the base does not churn. Retention rates are what bring revenue in this type of business. I like the fact that ADP is boring. I just wish the rest of the people watching the company considered that a good thing. (Aug 19, 2008 | post #7)
