Capac Resale Moving Sale, 75% Off All Clothing

Capac Resale Outlet, now Capac Resale LLC is moving forward on the purchase of 108 S. Main, Capac, Michigan 48014. We're anticipating our move in early December 2009. We're have a 75% off sale one ALL Clothing starting Monday and will contrinue it throughout the week. We will have 75% off sales in the next two weeks on select items as well. We want to extend our thanks to our loyal shoppers and the people who donate to our store so that we can continue to grow and keep this retail/thrift store open to the community. We have been blessed to have served this community and the people who regularly shop and visit our store. We look forward to a nicer and more orderly store when we move. We regret that we need to make this move as the building we're in floods every time it rains and the owner just does not take care of it. At one time we would of purchased it, but he thinks his building is worth 1/2 million in a town like Capac, he's city folk and does not realize that we have a small population and stores in small villages just do not yeild the type of customer base that stores do in the large city. We're getting a great deal on our new building and now we'll actually own our store instead of paying someone elses' bank note. I know people like the store as it stands, but it is not safe to continue doing busienss there if the flooding is not stopped, and so we have decided its in our interest to just buy our own building and when it needs repairs we'll do them and not have to worry about some slum lord landlord who does not care about his buildings. Ah, looks like someone else is on to ya "Sid Vicious", looks like you just may be under investigation after all? You do know that we can trace you right to your computer via your Internet Service Provider? I've told many people to pay attention to your pie hole and the vicious things you say out here and people are starting to listen. I've personally put ion a call to a few of my contacts in law inforcement and pointed out your posts and I know for a fact that your being watched! Keep posting your angry foul messaages and attacking people and one day your going to cross the line and end up in a jail cell just like I did since your so adament in pointing out my crimminal past? Notice I post under my true name? I do not need to hide anyting. I made mistakes, did my time, and I moved on. I do not sit here trashing others to feel like I am someone. I know who I am. I feel good about who I am today in spite of my mistakes in the past. Thats the nice thing about humanity, we all make mistakes, we all have an opportunity to learn from them, and we all have the right to grow up and do the right thing regardless of the past, everyone except "Sid Vicious", the mighty perfact one who has never broken any law, never exceeded the speed limit, never committed any wrong, except of course "judging " others when he/she hids behind a fake name of course, hum, makes one think about who and what you really are as a person, right? See, the AMerican Dream is there if you just get off your lazy ass and go out and do something, and that is what was missing in my life for those 16 years!, And ya know what, Cyber land and Capac folk really do not care what peole like you say about me, your my best customer, you bring in the curious cat to see what I do for a living and when they walk in my retail establishment they see a decent productive busienss establishment that serves the community, a reflection of how its possible to CHANGE and earn your own dignity and respect while other like you try to tear it down hopelessly! Wonder why you never invited me to your "OPEN MIKE NIGHT"? I run a Resale Store to help the needy in this town and I do a huge service in trying to offer a store where peole can afford to shop. Capac has always been a nice looking town, times are hard and even the Village and its leadership is surely hurting in terms of what ligitimate expenditures are and where to best put its resources. I think the purchase of the lot next to my present store location was a wise move even if the Village needs to sit on it as a tax shelter for a few years. I think Capac will grow in the years to come. Political differences need to be workerd out at the polls, and we need to accept the responsibility for the vote that puts us in the position we find ourselves in. If you do not get off your couch and stand in line to vote, please do not sit on the computer crying about what is going on outside your inner world and in the community you live in. Attend the Counsel Meetings and voice your concerns. You just might find that the present counsel is listening to the voters and if we were to fill the counsel meetings and let them know your views and where your vite will go, you just might see some major changes. The good ole boy mantality in Capac is allowed to go on year after year because people here that are allowed to vote do not think it makes a difference and they look on while the party goes on. Breast Cancer Benefit Doner Wins Entertainment Suite & TV SET

Just in case the public wants to know, Capac Resale donated a Parker House Kensington Space Saving Entertainment Suite and 52" HD/LCD T.V. which involved raffel tickets for $10.00 each. THough we invested about $3500.00 into this dontation with a retail value of close to $5000.00 we are honored and greatful to announce that we were able to sell 184 raffel tickets and presented a check in the amount of One Thousanrd Eighty Four Dollers ($1840) to the Dixon Family, representing 100% of the proceeds for the Raffel. The benefit dinner turened out very well. Carrie Dixon drew the winning ticket for this drawing. Every single ticket sold has been accounted for and although some people bought as many as 10 tickets, it boiled down to a winning ticket a young lady bought from Clinton Township Michigan, she only purchased One (1) ticket!, We then delivered the entire suite the same night and set it up for her and so for thouse of you whom think its impossible to win by simply buying one (1) ticket, let this be an example. Nathan Withun, I have not seen him since 2001, Grandma (Cathy Withun) is raising him and swore to god she would not stop me from seeing him after I voluntarily relinquished my parental rights, and of course she lied and I have had no role in his life since 2001. So his actions are the result of her inability to raise a child. All the State had to do is look at Amy Gray and Brian Gray, her biological children to see that she cant raise children, but this is what the State wanted and she wanted, so now that the kids are in trouble, she can assume respunsibility. My children we well behaved when I had then. If you want to know the true story, just come into my store, Capac Resale when I am here and I will tell you the truth, if you listen to Cathy Jean Withun she will lie to you to make me out to be some kind of evil person when in fact she is the cause and effect of the distruction of the children and the course of the rest of their lives. She recently sat in Louies and told me right in front of my 9 year old son, "I hope these children gorw up to beat your ass". the fully part is that the Stare stepped into my life under the quise of "Emotional Neglect", and she can "Emmotuionall y Neglect" my children and nothing is done?  (Saturday Nov 28 | post #8)

I just hope it was not my biological son because the feedback I hear from the community is that his grandmother and step-grandfather do not enforce any discipline and he is out of control. Last I hear he was suspended from school for offering a minor child %40.00 for a B*&wJ%B and I also hear he had beat up a little girl at school a few years ago Good ole Child Protective Services and The Probate Court knew so much, now Capac has a child that is dangerious. Boy I have stories I can tell you, but I will not for his sake in case its not him. I still love my sons but I an concerned they will turn out just like my ex-wife and her brother. Times are hard, but if each one of us looks deep into our hearts, we can make a difference for everyone around us. Help an elderly lady cross the street, feel good, feed a hungry child feel good, find ways to contribute to the community you live in and I assure you you'll appreciate the things you never realized you had until you have been down the path I have been. Do not pay any attention to this "Sid Vicious" idiot, he talks out his ass like I did years ago withoutout any knowledge of what he is talking about. He hides under a "Cyber-name " and thats because he is probably a nut like the one that shot Chief hawks. Someone ought to look up his Internet Service Provider and trace him back to his computer and look into him before another murder happens in Capac, take it from someone who has been inside the prison system, this guy is very dangerious, he talks like he is a hardened con and he has to attack others to get his/her jollies, thats what we call a "Psycho-Path " and it we do not track him down I will be the first to step up and point to this very post. Capac Did the right thing by buying that lot. Its a great tax shelter and I will do whatever I can to help maintain it even after I vacate my current building and move into my new one. I am here to stay, and be a part of Capac. I put my money where my mouth is, I will support this community and its political structure regardless of which side of the asile I sit, the voters spoke, we live with the elected officials until the next vote, next time, let them vote differently I say if they do not like the way things are. There is a theory, "Seperate your personalism from professionalism " and while I may not like this person or that, every person on the counsel is a person and thats why we have a process to voice our concersn. I learned that I catch more bees with honey then I do with viniger, and as the sign says in my store "I wish my mouth had a backspace key" because once publically spoken, shame on me if I cant stand upon my statement as indicative of what I truly stand for. I do not hide from my short-comings, or as you put it, "Crimminal past", I pulled my boots up and walk with my head high because I am a human being and I make mistakes just like everyone buy you apparently. I may have a "Criminal past" as you put it, buy you can be I am in the top 25 wealthyest people in Capac right now and did it in just 5 years. Obviously I am smarter then you by a long shot. I wish you would grow balls and come meet me face to face and speak your so called "problem " with me to my face, but apparently you got none!, You have to hide under some fake name. Obviously reading over your posts, people could care less what you have to say, get the hint? Go down to Western Area Human Services, or St. Clair County Community Mental Health and get a mental health exam, take a copy of your posts and the responces that people have given and ask yourself at night who ought to be restless and unable to sleep. Your one sick puppy and need serious help. You cant get it through your thick head that peole just do not care what Wally did 10 years ago anymore. In fact, only someone with a personal interest and hate, such as my Ex-in-laws would spend the last 5 years "trying" effortlessly to trash me and interfere in my progress, your probably my son Nathan whom has been brainwashed by his grandmother to hate me without knowing me, your probably my ex-mother-in-law or a member of her ignorant clan that noone carews a damn about.
