The hacks are the ones that get the vehicles and when someone has to go in they call one of the workers that does not have a vehicle to go in and do whatever needs to be done. Then they want to give the person comp time. Did you notice the state or county always adevertises their good jobs on Sarurday because no one reads the Sat. paper. Then when there is a good job, the hacks always get their appications put in after the selection committee make a choice. That is when you see a person coming into the job that never did an interview. When I got my job, I always wondered why I got the job? I later learned that no one wanted the job because of the pay. When the next step in this profession came. I had to fight my way to get the that job, but the hacks made my life miserable until I had enough time to retire. I out lasted all of their back stabbing. Worked for the state and never saw a minimum wage earner. There is no such thing in the union. Arnold is not gooing to be the Golden Boy for long. He is a really a Democrat and not a Republican. It wont be long before the unions will be really making him a Republican and not in name only. Maybe Arnold should have evrybody that works for the state write down exactly what they do and how that helps the state be a more efficient oraganization. I would bet that a crew of efficiency experts could cull abot 400,000 out of the herd of hacks in a very short time. When the stat does bad things to workers, it is always against the lower people since they dont have any hacks in the State House to protect them against such tactics. The next thing they will want to do is out source these jobs to companies that have connections and they will hire illegals to do those jobs while they line their pockets and the State house pocket's with money and the illegals will do the jobs at a lower pay and not complain to their union that does not exist. Most times they hassle cctizens for insurance cards and etc. The illegals, they get them a translator and the very best medical attention. I worked in a hospital that had 105 cerified translators on call. Wait until the universal health care comes next year with the Democrats, it will be dog eat dog in the ER. Everyone will have an ID but only certain ones that fit the PC profile will get immediate professional care because the hospitals will be afraid to make them wait because they will be accused of discrimination. Now our Senator Live Shot wants to allow persons with aids into the country. It costs a small fortune to treat these people and I am quite sure these people are not going to remain celibate and there will infect more people. It is not going to get better until this country wakes up to the fact that we have to control our borders and who comes into this country. I heard that he had a ringer do the exam. I was never asked for identification when taking an exam at Harvard. He never called on people by name, when it came time to return the mid terms and papers, he walked around and handed out their work. He handed them to right people. I was impressed so the next semester, I took another couse with him and he did the same exact feat, I could never figure out how he did that since wwe did not have assigned seats and he never took attendance. Getting back to Splash, he will be replaced by a clone, since this state keeps on sending liberals to Congress. I am hoping that Sen. Live Shot becomes unemployed in NOV. He has an opponent in the primary,which he tried to get Democatic Convention to decertify him by not giving 15% of the delegate vote. They gave his opponent enough to get on the ballot. You have to be very careful when approaching bicyclists. When you hit one up here, they become a pedestrian and you are never right when you hit one. You had better have lots of insurance because the state does not want to pay for medical care for them when they get hit.
