Yeah, I'd love to root thru some files and rooms in the P-gone. New UFO documents are being released almot monthly now worldwide. The Brits just de-classified alot of their military sightings and now more and more Pilots, Police and other trained observers are coming forth. My feeling IS the govts see it too, they just cant explain it and thus wont confirm it. I'm reading a couple of books simuteanously jut to keep interested and theyre related one is "Who were the Founding Fathers" Steven Jaffe. I love biographies. What Does Music Say About You?

Yeah DS , the old Stones up to the "Let It Bleed" Album still get me going. "Cant you hear me knockin" with that great Sax in the song. PCD, I see they still let NEW Yawk City vagrants in here...:) How goes it, good I do hope. Guess what. I've been playing some guitar. Looking to grab a good used acqustic. Cable TV has free guitar lessons on it and I found a great it's called guitar chords, in which they show the chord and give you the other chords in the progression to play with. Lindsey Buckingham has a nice bit of basic Travis Picking and shows one how to make to self satisfying noise, which is the stage I'm at still, but never the less...it sooths me and its FUN. Ha-ha to Kathy's Steelers logo. Its always been nice to have the Steelers to fall back on being an Eagle fan and disappointed so much. Hello to everyone. Darwin Step- I saw that book you mentioned a long time ago "Guns, Germs and Steel" and got it from the library. So far I liking it. Last evening the local PBS channel aired a new 6 part series on India and the first migrators out of Africa or so it would seem. Lotsa good stuff about launguage. In fact, another book I have been reading off and on is "The ayatollah begs to differ" and found that along with India calim to being Aryans , so too are Iranians(Persians) I have to run...see ya soon  (Jan 23, 2009 | post #917)

As they say, you dont lose on your stocks until you sell. I had a sense it was coming but not like this. No one would have believed you if you predicted this. I began playing the guitar again. A friend here has an electric. Surpiringly Im picking up things rather fast all things considered. Kathy, I managed to get on another pain clinic. A real live bone fide one. U of Penn really didnt want me and they pressured me to find a job. I tried to tell them I might have a problem. For one theres the urine thing and two my record is still haunting me after 30 yrs. I had to return...lol. did any of you folks catch "My name is Earl" the week when he and his compadries were hiding out in the stolen Bookmobile, which had a library full of books but they all had typos in the titles. Reminded me of myself. But then it got better coz when viewing the Earth on a GLobe someone says, you have Globe upside down. No the Earth isa this way. <flips Globe> To illustrate and prove he is right he says now what if a space ship comes in landing inverted.?coz of course as silly as it sounds, its perfectly logical. Theres no up nor down in space. Here either. In fact most maps on the southern half of the mediteranean were read upside down coz most of their known world was south of them. Funny episode and it was a reading from a book on the bookmobile titled Trazan the Apeman!..tee-hee new TV station called MiND TV for media independance. You upload your stuff, under five mins, they air it. Alot of young musicians use it. some of them very good like Jose Gonzales and Melissa Ferrick, even Jonathan Edwards uses it.  (Dec 14, 2008 | post #903)

It's cold here also and the heat is set low. I'm well Kathy, alot hs changed. The main thing is that my Mom is at my Sisters. Thats good for her. They are two peas in a pod. Plus, the house she sold, she got her asking price, which was 115k. We got it for 39.5k and with all the work I did adding a half bath in what was the kitchen and adding washer and dryer too..then I converted an empty 16 by 16 room into a kitchen. Pulled the old linoleum up from the porch and redid the hardwood floors. It had real tall windows on the porch. Right after it sold, the big bad home market crashed so she woulda never got that price. Things happen for a reason as we Christian believe. I spoke to a guy at K mart about part time stocking on the overnight. He said right after Xmas hell be hiring for a 4 am shift. I told him about my disability and that I cant be on my feet more than four or five hours. He said its no problem. My Daughter graduates nursing in May, so after that big party, its anyones guess where I might go. Vermont has really good housing laws for the disabled. I'd love to live in or near Burlington. I love Lake Champlain Plus, theres alot of rich history up there. That is a major reason I'm still here. This town was founded in 1623 or there abouts. Betsy Ross was married here and there was a dog club here during the revolution. Gen Howe's terrier got lost only to be captured by the revolutionaries. when George Washington saw it had Gen Howes name on the collar, he had it washed and sent back to Howe. Its been said that Howe never quite pursued Washiington quite the same after that. Urban folklore or truth? They say its true. There was a terrier club here in Gloucester City. D/S, this last sentence is not a question, is it? Far be for me to question peoples english here...lol. Yes, I saw the first one and then got thrown coz they pitched it as a new show but then I wasnt sure. Finally I pieced it togetherTruth is that we need Obama to be all the man we hope and pray he is. We need to reign in imperialism, and get it out of our mind that we can save the world. Bush said in an interview with Woodward that he felt it was "his duty to spread freedom". BS No such wording in the oath of office. When asked did he consult his father, he replied he has a "higher father" to answer to. I heard all that psychobabble in N/A who said a chair could be their higher power. :) The economy, I hold him to account however, you can go back to the Carter Admin and see where slowly but surely regs were being undone. The generation born after the 60's think growth is an entitlement for the most part. The police force here is getting so aggressive, I think I have to move soon. Gave me a dam jaywalking ticket coz they searched me coming off a bus from crimetown and assumed I was dirty. Grabbed me by the throat, I had to just stand there, if I put one finger on them, I'd got arrested for resistance. No probable cause, in fact they waved me across the street. I could have fought the ticket and won, on that alone. Just following police orders but, I gotta live here for now. I found a place for 340 per month, including heat and electric. Thats about 30% of my income. Some people actually use ratios and I was lucky to find this til Atlantic City calls me for a one bedroom apt, pick oceanside if I want and have a dog. I'm going to get an Italian Greyhound I think. The Breeder chips the dog too. Hey, I'm bitchin but life is good. I have a tuna steak on ice, going to hook up some red taders to go with and maybe buy a 40oz. Football!!!! One upside is I have dsl and a borrowed laptop. I'm flying now.  (Dec 14, 2008 | post #901)

HELLO to all...D/S...Fossil Bob and to Q-Bob. So much for Obama bringing change to the White House. He's tapped just about every major figure in the Clinton Admin. Thats probably a good thing. If he continues to allow strikes inside of Pakistan, he's going to take this country to a new level of Imperialism, I think. I wonder if he and Bush thinks it would be a good idea to bomb Russia or China too if they believe ALQaeda is there. Geting BinLadin or Zawahiri is one thing but going after every single person in their organization by this means is utterly foolish. Patraeus has already said he wants to find some Taliban that can reconcile. Their response was no as long as foreign troops are on their soil. I am almost done reading Bob Woodwards "The War Within". All I can say is its worth the read. You think you know what was going on in the White House but this book has so much more to add to it. While the Iraq Study group was doing their review, the White House what became to be called the Council of Colonels doing the same. The Generals didnt even know what they were up to, including Casey. General Casey was given Command of Iraq and had no live fire command to his record. He was working on the assumption "Leave to win". Plus...I am amazed and disgusted with both the military for having so many leaks and the White House who consented to this book. I cant believe that Sandy Berger was allowed into the discussion after his breach of Nat'l Security. How does a man who stole records from the NSA and get convicted be allowed to sit in on sensitive talks Essentially, they have allowed a book to be published that has all their thinking about the region, including Iran, to get out. I do have to say, that in retrospect, Bush did hold firm to the idea of a surge. Oddly, it was a woman with just an academic background who was the first one who saw the war going badly. But, the rhetoric has changed and it seems we are shifting the goalposts to make it sound as if a succesful Surge to quell the violence is victory. We went into Iraq with the idea of finding weapons of mass destruction, get a regime change and have a new free society that can defend,sustain, and govern itself and be an ally in the war on terror. Also one that would be a counter-balance to Iran. Iran now has according to the IAEA 1300 lbs of reactor grade Uranium. Thats approximately,once enriched, to build one nuclear weapon. Hello Katherine....:) You probably didnt get to see Crichtons "Andromeda Strain" that was re-written and made for TV. I too am very sensitive to what was done to Native Americans. Enjoying watching the economy tank? Geesh, I dont believe they can stop the fall. I reviewed some stuff about the economy in the 30's and the crash that preceeded. They are almost mimicing it. Financial Alchemists is what those investment bankers are. There was a piece on it last evening on Bill Moyers Journal. More light is being shed on it everyday. I believe its an act of treason myself.....turning over to treasury the power to just dish it out wherever he feelsDid you happen to see the updated episode on the "hobbit" ? I believe it aired on NOVA. I recall someone saying on one of those shows about the split and they also ventured to say that perhaps there was breeding back and forth for a long period of time. The Hobbit has scientists scratching their heads coz it doesnt fit within their hypothesized progression. Larger brains in larger skulls and all. Say, whats up Q Bob? See ya around the boards maybe. I just a book come into my Library I had on order from the County. Titled American Theocracy: The Peril And Politics of Radical Religion, Oil And Borrowed Money In the 21st Century. Congresswoman Kaptur had two chapters of it read or entered into the Congressional record along with her remarkes on the bailout. Its good to know that the Republicans as well as Democrats are looking out for minorities, thiose being in the top 5% or there abouts. What 40 billion here, 300 Billion there and 750 Billion? Dont dare ask for funding S Chip though, its too expensive they say. Give me 750 Billion and a passport and access to anyone in the world. I'd find the right corruptable ones and bribe the bastards and have them forgive half of our national Debt. That would seem to me be a better use of the funds.  (Oct 13, 2008 | post #882)

Hey Matey. I found a spot, not so much what I wanted but God does provide, ya know.:) Speaking of trailer parks and the like, I saw an add in the local paper and called this guy who is sharing his 60 footer, 2 bdroom for 500 a month, all inclusive....Cable too However....I missed out on it and I have a six month lease. Believe it or not I found a spot in town here, just a room for 340 a month. I have my own door to the outside which makes it convenient to keep my biz-my biz...if ya know what I mean. You know I like/love history and this little town was founded in 1670-something. Anyway...take care and BTW I see where those contractors in NYC got fined $300 thousand for that crane accident by OSHA. Not enough in my view.  (Sep 22, 2008 | post #876)

Thanks Fossil Bob...good to see you also....I was trying to spin a joke for about Mc cain pick fo Veep...something about Sarah being a being a Palin-tologist to resurrect his ancient views of Gornernence but truth is, hes not the worst the Reps have to offer. Sadly, his first exec decision is chossing her as VP. kinda frightful to think we could wake and have her as the president onemorning,. God only knows what she might do, esp with the Supreme Court, which is my focus. Darwin Septchild...thank. ...Ill try to get back in here from time to time. Im getting my phone in to morrow, then I ll get a pc when I can afford one and then ill be back but not as much.My living conditions are quite small and a bit cloustophobic I have to get out, which is a good thing i suppose.
