Black women is this the reality?
What I find weird is that people expect the black woman not to marry out, but they have no problem if a black male marries out. That is a double standard, in my opinion. (Yesterday | post #81)
Hate white people? If I had to take a random guess, I'd say 5%. But if you're asking me how many percent are wary of white people, I'd say 50%. (Yesterday | post #25)
I agree with you for the most part, but I think racism is still a problem in white community. It's not the majority of course, but I think a good 10% of white people are racist. Of course, I have lots of white friends and they are cool for the most part, but I've had a few less than comfortable experiences with racism from white people to know that it is still there. Black women is this the reality?
Usually it's in your best interest to help your community. (Yesterday | post #57)
If Africans and African Americas went to war with each other - who ...
If African Americans had full access to the US military technology and training, African Americans would win. If they don't, the Africans will win. (Yesterday | post #20)
white women sleep with anybody so y chase them?
I never understood why men have an obsession with white women. (Yesterday | post #10)
Black women is this the reality?
The way I see it, especially when reading Topix, it's both the men and the women who have a problem. Honestly, I'm tired of reading about the problems. When is someone going to write a solution? (Yesterday | post #52)
I just reported Truth_Be_Told to the FBI
Whoa, topix is messed up. It scares me to think what type of crazy people there are on this website. Me, I just ignore the people who seem unreasonable. That always seemed like the best strategy, but I guess some of these people need to be reported. (Yesterday | post #181)
My conclusion about African Americans
Here is the respons to the Barack Obama quote: http://voices.wash ingtonpost.com/fac t-checker/2007/10/ young_black_males_ headed_for_e_1.htm l (Tuesday | post #366)
My conclusion about African Americans
The Barack Obama quote was already adressed. Yes, he said that and a lot of other people are saying it, but it's not true. Scroll back up to read the links which prove that there are more blacks in college than in jail. (Tuesday | post #364)
My conclusion about African Americans
The source you posted does not give a source for its claim that there are more black men in prison than in college. Why should we trust your source, and not the other source that does back up its claim? In fact, it's impossible that there are more black men in prison than in college. 20% of blacks have a college degree. (Tuesday | post #358)
My conclusion about African Americans
Why did the black family in America break up like that? What happened? (Tuesday | post #339)
My conclusion about African Americans
The link I posted was to show that black crime is not the epidemic as many people claim they are. 40% of the prison population is black, out of 2 million. That means less than a million blacks are in jail, there's another 40 million blacks who are out of jail. Now yes, blacks do go to jail more relative to their proportions. All that can be linked to socio-economic status. (Tuesday | post #338)
My conclusion about African Americans
Whine whine whine. Most of the African Americans who posted in this thread agreed with me. It's people like you who like to play the victim that is what keeps other blacks down. What I think the solution should be? Blacks, particularly the ones who are doing bad, should be made aware that they have to change their mentality. They need to read a few books like the destruction of black civilization. They need to be aware of the facts and problems of the black community, and they need to know what to do and what not to do in order to get past this problem. They don't need to be cuddled. They don't need to hear "It's not your fault, it's the history black people have", they need to focus on the future. And this means they need to accept that if they want a better future, they're going to have to get it themselves. You're just a whiner, who's been cuddled too much. What I said was no different from what Bill Cosby, or Louis Farrakhan, or Al Sharpton or many other black leaders and black people have been saying for years. What I said is something that most African Americans agree with. If you don't like it, then tough. (Tuesday | post #337)
