Its a nice gesture, however downtown Pomona will need a lot more help to rejuvinate the area, Its been dead for many years now. Its going to take a lot to attract people other than young adults and students to downtown Pomona area, buisness have tried and failed doing so. They are going to HONOR THEIR RECKLESS BEHAVIOR BY GIVVING AWAY SCHOLARSHIPS!!
