Listen I did not get on here and post this for recognition, I posted on here because I thought maybe some of you would gather round and throw a few groceries in a box and bring it to me so that I could take a few more things to them. And I am not going to get on here and list the things I have done or have not done, I don't need a pat on the back. And I am not going to lose hope in reaching out to others where I see fit either. Besides it cost very little to do this. Big Dog I do not understand your mentality on this issue. I've appreciated every bit of help that I have received from my community and it does not seem that in some peoples eyes like yourself that I am doing enough to give back here, that's okay. I am not a great person, I am not a good person, I have deep dark secrets and all those things that you and all the naysayers see about me, I am rotten to the core. But I have a passion for others and I hope I never lose it. Because I know what it is like to pick apart what others do for others, I see it all the time around here when some talk about how that food bank of ours should be doing this for this person and that person instead of doing for that person or this person. Hate as you will pal, you have the gall to belittle me but have no backbone to post your real name? Right....... But what you have to say has some merit to it and it got me to thinking. I am going to begin putting together food for situations just like this here in my own back yard. I should have thought what kind of response I was gonna get when I posted this and I did in a way but seriously...... (10 hrs ago | post #8)

Just returned from taking the first load of food to the Baptist Church in Castlewood and it was received with much gratitude! Some families have lost all of their food stuffs and mostly meat supply. The electric is back on in most households as of today but there will be plenty of hungry people for a little while. I am making another trip Wednesday so any help would be appreciated....... Probably the hiker who found the money cared because he was hoping he would find some more of it. I mean money does not make the person, I do not care who you are or how much you have. If I like you I like you, if I don't I don't. I probably already know many rich people in the ways of money, but I know just a few that are richer without it. (Friday Dec 25 | post #7)
Oh well, the cats out of the bag now. Everyone will be flocking to me by the hordes wanting to get in on the Thursday night action. (Friday Dec 25 | post #5)
