New Jersey & New York Read these and you will be amazed New York and New Jersey Port Authority are looking and proposing into building an additional tunnel under Hudson river. With greed of NYC constantly building up and up. Not think how city is going to be supported form outside world they finally getting to conclusion that another tunnel will be needed. Well that is all very nice but they Want you and me to pay for it. They are asking and proposing billions to be paid by taxpayer. However no one ever asking who is getting benefits from this Proposal. Well you can guess greedy landlords of NYC and NY & NJ port authority. Now think about this NY & NJ port Authority Officers are retiring at averaging $200,000.00 Per year in Pensions and benefits!!!!! “How much are you getting?” Well Ladies & Gentlemen it is my opinion that if this Organization can Afford to pay this outrageous salaries and pensions in benefits Then they should be able to pay for bloody tunnels themselves! “ Have any one of you people know that GW Bridge is subsidizing” New York City subways? To Mr. McCain According to recent paper publishing you have stated that: You are looking to build additional 45 nuclear power plants I believe it was said by year 2020. Dear Sir: at present time according to news media we have 77,000 tons of nuclear waste that we have no ability to get read of, we have no way to store it no State in the Union wanted in their back yard, perhaps Sir we should dig couple tunnel in your Back yard to store it. Anywhere that is not my point, may I ask Sir Why we can use coal we can clean it we have technology and use it for many years to come, but it seems to me that power hungry politicians all they look how to make quick buck. A another thing we don’t want other Countries to have nuclear plants because they can not be trusted I agree! But that is all based on assumptions that is nowhere to have good relation with any country. If we go back to basic and build power plants burning coal we would solving a few problems; having better relations with some countries that presently practically don’t exists and at same time employing more people, saving on fuel and less dependent on forging oil. Personal involved in this particular case from Treasury Department are as fallow The Audit: Ms. Jenny Portero Judgment section-b Ms. Wilma Sackin Chief Investigating Officer Mr. Mark Hartmann New Jersey State should Revised Abraham Lincoln slogan to? “With the CROOKS by the CROOKS for the CROOKS” I am service contractor self-employed one man Corp. In the field of Environmental test Equipment/Industri al process equipment. All my work is done per service call to Manufactures. My work may have been done In State of New Jersey or else way. The tax I have refer to is user tax or sales Tax only, it does not have anything to do with any other taxes. As I have stated I work per service call; customers call me when they are need of equipment Repair, (customers) may stretch across country. All work is done through Purchase orders, however some companies issue PO’s before work is done and some after work is completed depend on Company’s manegment set-up. Companies that I work for can be those that is Government prime contractors or subcontractor manufactures. Some Companies will state on their PO’s clearly and visible we have User tax direct payment to the state and marked with they resale number “Tax Exempted” and some will issue Resale’s certificate (ST-3) and some simply deduct resale’s tax from our Invoices stating we are taxing exempt we do not pay tax we have direct payment to the State. Now how in the Hell I could be held Responsibly for these people refusing to paid the Tax. Person goes in store gave Clark money for the item and tell him or her I am not paying you tax, he or she can call on cops that person will be arrested But I can do nothing I get panelized by my State a (Communist Government.) And we have audacities to tell other countries how to run they Government What a joke what a firkin standard do we have? In this country! Hello can some one explain that to me. Note: To those criticized my vocabulary I am sorry!!! I was not born with silver spoon in my mouth What ever I have learn I done it hard way And not on some-one else tax money And had to work full time at age of 15 Thank you. End! How the State of New Jersey treasury dept. works (part1-2)

For all of us to know! How the State of New Jersey treasury dept. works New Jersey State Department of Treasury Div. had penalized me. Because some corporation refused to pay sales/user tax, either claiming that they are tax exempt, or they issue invalid resale’s certificate, or they simply deducted tax from my invoice’s, state does not care why these organization refuse to pay sale’s tax or that these organization have committed fraud by issuing false certificate or stating on their PO’s we are exempt from paying tax. New Jersey Treasury Dept. doesn’t give heck about you or me, as long as they collect assessed tax, because you are going to pay for it. Now just think about these for moment, these organization committed fraud a crime and state of New Jersey is protecting them. State of New Jersey is protecting fugitive from justice Thank you! What right do you or I have, as citizen of this country that is in question isn’t? After I made several complains to the Legislature I been contacted by gentlemen as acting chief investigator that he is investigating the situation. Well that sorrow put me on ease some what maybe this Gentlemen will do something about these problem, I figure to give gentlemen some time so I waited about three months and I push letter to him requesting info. What is going on, another couple months pass by and I finally got answer, I will try to make small version of it. It saying because I did not complained to Audit doing time she done her thing, sorry we can’t do nothing for you. Very first time I hear from her is from judge that unless payment is made in cash or bank check to treasury Dept. of New Jersey with in giving time warrant will be issue for my arrest. So how was I supposed to contest anything since I was convicted and sentence before I could review her finding? Regardless I do not know of any laws in this country that victim pays fines for individual or organizations that commit criminal deeds, but that is just what New Jersey State Treasury Department Did to me. I have been penalized for doing my civil duty attempting to collect sales tax for the state. But the state of NJ has invocated laws to flatter them self how much they can squeeze individual contractor because they know that Lawyers if you are to hire one cost more then if you are to take them to court. New Jersey State had violated my constitutional rights by implementing such act; New Jersey State had restricted my monitory usages of funds that which is violation of civil right of movement. It seems to me by doing this acts, That State of New Jersey have created unprecedented circumstances where I am authorized to use the force collecting state sales/user taxes, for that my action will be States liability. You know it is sad that we are sending our troops to other countries to fight injustice when our States use Gestapo tactics and claiming it to be a law, may I ask whose law Hitler’s? Some system some tactics does our officials use and they call it law. Yes they may see it that way but I see it as crooks or incompetent people that are employed by our state government, PLEASE DON'T ASK FOR MY APOLOGIES UNTIL NJ state reimburse me with interest for every Penney, I was unfairly panelized and force to pay in round of Numbers $20,000.00. In addition they had froze $5,000.00 amount of dollars on my checking account. It is needless to say that the action of Treasury Department for taxation in my opinion! The Route that was taking by them; have put State of New Jersey and the Country centuries back. New Jersey and New York Sept.11 Commission

Please pardon my limited vocabulary to what I am going to say Legislatures of New Jersey and New York Are proposing to get 1.9 Billion dollars for compensation and study to victims of Sept.11, fall-out health problems, that is very nice I am all for it. But? But do any One of you think of our soldiers and they family should be compensated same, Are you law makers think that they are second class citizen of this country which Are putting they lives on line to keep you in luxuries with out even thanks, O Yeh! You do thank them with shallow words that are better not been said. My opinion is that victims of sept.11 should not be compensated any more or less Then our soldiers and they family, regardless where they may serve or have been deployed East, West, South or North. They are there to serve our country when they are call on. Instead we are catering to lot of victims that don’t deserve single penny including some rich and famous. Sept.11 Commission how much this cronies actually got paid can some-one please tell me!
