Why were u charged? I'm kinda guessing u had ur meds but not in the bottle with the label , all he had to do was make a quick call to your doctor if that was possible at the time... Anyway if they were a valid script they will just drop the charges and refund your bond when u go in front of the judge with your proof they were prescribed and you have a nice lawsuit for harassment (Jul 7, 2012 | post #9)
