If found guilty, should Barry Bonds go to prison?
i see no reason to imprison bonds. there are enough americans imprisoned as it is. we are warehousing more human beings than any country. you never know in our current police state, when you or i will committ some infraction and find it an imprisonable offense. what would the point be. guns and prisons. american favorites. barry bonds is no danger to society. let he who is crime free toss the first baseball.
