Tom Powers: Time to hit the panic button, Vikings fans
Vikings are toast. (Tuesday Dec 29 | post #94)
takes a nut job to raise big money in politics. Nice move for the 'pubs. (Monday Dec 28 | post #4)
Wife drunk and driving the family's car? Tough
time and time again in these posts and on social networking sites, I notice people mistaking the word "loose" for "lose". At first I thought it was a rash of typos, however now I'm certain it's an epidemic of stupidity. (Friday Dec 18 | post #31)
Book: Clinton had another affair, Lewinsky says he lied under oath
all of this seems so innocent and pedestrian now, given recent history as contrast. (Thursday Dec 17 | post #8)
Vikings' Adrian Peterson gets 109 mph speeding ticket
great headline. I had to read the article to determine whether he was running or driving 109mph (Thursday Dec 3 | post #16)
Norm Coleman staying on sidelines, but insiders increasingly th...
Based on his election track record, I'm not sure the Minnesota Republicans want him anywhere near this race. He lost to an entertainer/pro wrestler, he narrowly defeated a deceased incumbent (duting off Walter Mondale for a 10 day race doesn't count for much? and he lost again last fall to a satirist/comedy writer. He's just not a viable candidate. (Thursday Dec 3 | post #17)
Vikings' Longwell on neighbor Tiger Woods: 'Pray for his family'
I pray that Longwell doesn't miss the game winning field goal in Super Bowl 44 (Dec 2, 2009 | post #8)
Tiger Woods apologizes for 'transgressions'
As a golf fan, it would be funny to see him get heckled off the course during his next pout-fest on the tee box after pushing a drive into the far right rough. (Dec 2, 2009 | post #22)
Tiger Woods apologizes for 'transgressions'
statistics show that males and females commit adultry in equal measure. In 35-45 year demographics, women cheat at a higher percentage than men do. (Dec 2, 2009 | post #15)
Duluth mom sues over 'deceased' stamp
she waited "several weeks" before contacting the Red Cross to determine whether her son was deseased or alive? Hmmm... I would think the joy of finding out her son was alive would far out-weigh her emotional pain and suffering in the time she thought her child was dead. You know, for those "several weeks" she waited before contacting authorities to find out about her son. (Dec 1, 2009 | post #5)
Farmington man held on charges he slept with under-aged babysitter
what a POS and a complete waste of human space. Here's a link to the news of his Meth Lab bust from '07. Chop his stones off. http://www.thiswee k-online.com/2007/ may/25MethLab.html (Nov 25, 2009 | post #1)
6 new H1N1 flu deaths in Minnesota
more media hype and inept reporting on H1N1. Statistics will likely show that these six died from "complication s of the flu", like auto-immune disease or other illness. It is very rare to die from the flu, Swine or otherwise. H1N1 has officially jumped the shark from being a "flu" to simply being a metaphor, just like the Bird Flu and SARS (Nov 24, 2009 | post #3)
ABC gets complaints about Adam Lambert's suggestive performance...
It was all so very gay. But so what? Sure, I would have much rather seen Taylor Swift or - more likely - Britany Spears thrusting some guys face in her crotch, but it just so happened to be a bunch of dudes. It's artistic creative license, and the fact that he's gay that he let it all out (almost). Overall though, a pretty strong performance by Lambert and the entire troupe. (Nov 23, 2009 | post #3)
CDC: Swine flu cases seem to be dropping in US
LOL...less than 2% of the population received an H1N1 vaccine. If it were up to the President, 100% would have been given it. Thank God that millions of Americans took matter into their own hands and did the research on the bogus vaccines and the pharmaceutical humping of our elected officials, and then chose not to get them. I love the fact that millions of vaccine doses are sitting on shelves right now because people pushed back and used common sense. H1N1 was media hype and a simple flu virus, non-lethal to people that don't have auto-immune disease or other ancilary illness. Facts show that one person died from H1N1 this season. All others had contributing factors that included other disease and compromised immunity. (Nov 20, 2009 | post #4)
God help the pregnant women that agreed to be injected with the H1N1 vaccine poison that has 250,000 time more mercury than the EPA "safe" range, dangerous amounts of thermosal, and zero clinical efficacy. It's not my place to call them idiots, so I'll simply suggest they were misinformed. (Nov 12, 2009 | post #1)
