Yes our opinions may differ but I will give respect to you for your opinion. I feel maybe I'm to close with the family. And maybe just maybe I have alot of anger inside. But the child knew what would happen if he shot that gun. He had been to turkey shoots and I would say had a knowledge of weapons and their consquences if fired. Did he do it by accident (No) impulse (Maybe) Desperation (Maybe). But the world we are in, the eye for an eye has always been. I am human and I do feel for the child. For what-ever reason and if he did do the crime he mentally has to wake every morning with that thought in his mind. No matter what the outcome is everybody has lost. Well, I can see in this in world alot of hostile feeling's about this story. Send the boy home and put him in a program. Well "Jordan should be free" That's the kinda attitude we don't need working for the justice program. He had a bad day so on impulse he shoots somebody. Ok! Right! Well I moved here in late 1993 and it's changed so much since I been here. Prostitutes walking the South Side all times of the day. Alot more of empty homes throughout the city. Just alot of neglet. The boy should stand and take the punishment like a man. On that day he acted out a crime like a man. The planning,the act of violence,the cover up. The child might be sick but there is no excuse for what he done. If one of us were to have commited this act we would be given no mercy. In a crime like this there should be no age barrier given. I would also like to know why she was able to turn herself in when she wanted. If that woould have been anyone else the would have had us in custody within hrs and would have not been aloud bail because of the amount of money and with that ki8nda of money why was nobody cncerned about her being a flight risk???????????????????????
