I was at Court on 5/22. Here is what happened to Todd and Mary. Todd received 3 years and they gave him the chance to keep it at 3 years which means he would do 1 year to 1 and a half. And Mary got 3 months home arrest and one felony count. But Todd had his Lawyer talk to the D.A. to try and get the felony off her charge. He had a option of keeping his 3 year sentance or take the added year which really means 5-6 months to have the felony removed to a misdamenor on Mary. Then that reduce Marys sentance to 29 days home arrest and drop the felony to one misdamenor count. So the final sentance is Todd will get 4 years which means he will do about a year and a half to 2 years at a Farm or a minimum security facility. And Mary will do 29 days home arrest with one misdamenor count. For about $90k in losses they both got off easy. Todd will get to spend every other weekend at home. And Mary go figure 29 days home arrest and only one misdamenor count. Guess it pays to have a good Private Attorney Chow Baby. (May 23, 2008 | post #65)

I think you need to go back to school. You start a sentence with a i instead of a I. I thought that was taught in grade. Just thought I would share what I know. I have known Todd for many years also. And Bob I don't think you know him at all. To say he's in prostitution is stupid and shows you have no ideah who he is. Now did he do wrong YES. The DA made a offer of 3 years which means he will do 1 year and change in a minimum security. But they could plea down a little to maybe 16 months which means he will do 6-7 months. I guess he will get to work on his Golf swing and tennis game. There are alot of bogus stories on this site. In all honesty I do wish him the best. Although he's a helluv a golfer. I will be attending court on Monday as well as I have been attending all his court hearings for the last year. But don't make up stories Bob saying you know him when you have no ideah who he is.
