Yes you have made good points.I agree if your car breaks down they (some) would help in a heatbeat.People just assume that because of the conditions they think the worst.We should'nt be judgemental.Maybe perhaps people could get together and help clean it up.There is a big trash day coming up the end of April.I don't mean this in a bad way either.Help some that need help to clean ANY spot wither it's Hwy J or other parts of town.How about it citizens of Wright City any takers. For everyone that wants to meet the candidates for mayor in Wright City,March 26th at 6:30 at the Wright City middle school.Check out all the new ones running for the Mayor's job.this should really be interesting I know one that is running and it's really time for a change.No more worrying about the good ole boy system that has been in this town way to long.The only way to stop complaining about everything is to do something about it.Voting can give you that option who you want to run this town.I know that you have to follow rules one person can't just come in and change what they want.But if enough new blood gets in maybe this will help change some of the things that has been going on in this town. I see that the mayor has running opponents this time,maybe hopefully there will be some new blood in town and start making things for the better.That old saying out of sight out of mind.Easier said than done.it's been this way forever so you can't just jump in and change everything.IF you start on one section it's racism,you know what there is other places that could stand a good cleaning up also.How far does Hwy J go down to for the city limits? There are trailer parks that need a good cleaning also.But like I said it's going to take some new blood in this town to get anything done.I have talked to some of the new running candidates so think about it when time comes to vote in April.I sure will. Question?Don't they have laws for non running cars,trash,ect.when you live in town that has to be followed ?Codes stuff like that?I live here in Wright City and our subdivision is very strict on what can and cannot be done.I love my side of town.But the sad thing is if you want anything you go to Wentzville or O'Fallon.I've tried the little store up here but I can't shop there no more.To many unsafe practices.Why is this?Because they have their own set of rules and the good-ole-boy system.Well come April we need to make a lot of changes instead of talking about it do something about this!!!!!!!!!!!I don't want to offend anyone but we really do need changes,and for the better.Have a great Day!!! Well,I didn't get a ticket but!I was on my way to work at 2:30 A.M. Sat.1/19/08.The Foristell cop followed me from the Wright City exit to the foristell exit.I know I wasn't speeding because I had my speedometer set at 55.Reason for pulling me over he said was I was driving like a drunk driver going over the white lines.Come on I knew he was behind me because I pulled over to the left side of the Hwy to let him on.The only thing I had to drink was coffee.
