Childress, gaiy saint likes to keep saying Saints are #1 seed. So what. Right now all 5 of the rest of the playoff teams can beat them easy. While the other teams stay rev'd up the Saints will relax and get soft. Hope they sit Brees and others Sunday. But at least the Vikings fans have actually watched their team play in a Superbowl. Browns, Lions, Jaguars, Texans and haha the Saints are the only teams to never make an appearance. NEVER. Since founded in 1967 they took 20 years to make the playoffs, 33 to win a playoff game and 39 to make it to the NFC Championship (they lost). Vikings won their very first game as an expansion team in 1961, made playoffs in 7 years and first Superbowl appearance in 8 years etc, etc, etc... I'm so glad you can rub it in to us poor Vikings fans with our sad history when compared to the powerhouse franchise with the paperbag hats.  (Wednesday Dec 30 | post #18)

Nice link. Why don't you read the whole thing. Very first line at the top in bold print: "If playoffs started now". It's right under the headline "SCENARIOS ". A scenario is "a sequence of events especially when imagined; especially : an account or synopsis of a possible course of action or events" [websters] imagined ...possible....i.e not currently fact. Therefore ESPN says the possible but not actual seeds are ... Well the playoffs don't start right now you moron. There is still a week to go. The fact is that the Saints have #1 and all remaining seeds are not fixed. PERIOD. Go read all the damn what if stories you want to. Saints have been in what if land for decades.
