NO its time to raise the sales tax to what ever amount we need to fund schools that way everyone will pay their fair share not just the home owners. Its time that childern who are in the schools that mon and dad do not own a home or work live on welfair pay their fair amount base of their income. If Goverment had not have been so willing to raise taxs increase fees on back of home owners to pay for parks, and everything else they wanted without asking the tax payor then their would have never been a Amendment 1 to cause this.
