Of course they can say no one was told to stand down when no one was given permission to stand up in the first place. The whole problem with the long list of lies is that Obama just won't admit that he made a decision to NOT attempt any rescue. That means going to bed and leaving orders that sound tough with no validity to act. Obama is commander in chief and he and he alone is responsible for the INACTION. Almost 20 years ago I was in Columbus and witnessed several grown nubians ordering food at a fast food joint I happened to be in. They couldn't speak very well not because of their ebonics but because they had a F^%%##k-ing pacifier in their mouth. No lie. This trend went on for a few years.
