It's not like they just "GIVE" these awards out like candy..he's worked hard and not to mention everyone has nothing but good things to say about Broduer. He's Hall of Fame material, and that's an achievement all of hockey wants to achieve.  (Nov 16, 2008 | post #4)

Well, after 8 years of presidency, Bush has sent this country so far down-hill, there's no telling how bad the crash will really be.. However, something, anything different (especially the economy) is a shining light at this point. I'd look around for a new mortgage rate, 7.4 is pretty high if you ask me...if you'll be comfortable after you pay it off, then I'd say go for it after you find a better %..
