Amen. This is the kind of thing you expect to see happening to dogs on Animal Cops. The poor kid was lucky enough to be born with all her fingers and toes, now her hillbilly, inbred, meth-cooking parents have to go and let this happen. Thats just plain disgusting.  (Jul 22, 2009 | post #11)

Property lawsuits target landlord

I bet at least one of those properties belong to Oleta Lett. She's a slumlord, sad to say shes not the only one. Hutch is a really nice town but it can be hard to find a place for under $500. Other than Garden Grove anyway,they were pretty nice.  (Jul 5, 2009 | post #1)

I think America is suffering a lot from some of Mexico's problems. Why don't we pressure their government to make the situation better over there so the 75% of them that come over here with an honest intention of making their lives better, don't have to. And the 1/4 or so that come over just to exploit our laws don't give the people that come over here legally a bad image.  (Jul 5, 2009 | post #19)

Should sex offenders get castrated??

Are you done?... Personally I think they should have there spine snapped and be dropped outside a hospital. But thats just me. But you don't ever know who they are or what they're doing. Lets face it no one is memorizing the names and faces of every registered sex offender. Castration seems to be more of an act of vengeance than an act of justice. If you want a solution kill them or remove them from society permanently. After a quick run through the San Quinton showers of course.  (Jul 5, 2009 | post #22)

shudders" Yeah I hear you. You just brought back a bad memory of mine. I was living in Hutchinson a few years back with an ex-girlfriend and her daughter. We had some neighbors across the way with a few kids of their own, we thought they were a pretty nice couple, and were getting along just fine when I found the guys face on a predator awareness web site. Needless to say we broke ties with them PDQ. He had mentioned that he had been a trouble maker in his youth. I figured he just meant snitching bubble gum or fighting, things like that. When I saw his face on the web site it changed everything. He might have learned his lesson, he might not. You just never know, and with a little girl in the house it was just to much of a risk to hope for the best. Iron Horse Opening

If your're complaining about the service, yes it was horrible, but just remember that it was their first night and they hadn't worked out the kinks yet. I popped in late in the evening and had to paint myself green and stand on my head to get any service. But the bar was packed, what do you expect? If we're lucky maybe the owners will read this and shape up. We need a good place to hang out in this town, and I'm tired of passing out on my own d@@% floor. lol  (Jul 4, 2009 | post #41)
