I wish to respond to just this part of your last post here. When i entered this conversation, I did enter as if the conversation would go on as long as it has, and I did get some flack for that. Giving a formal introduction, and mentioning my online history of discussing this topic with others. I think there were some here that may have honestly thought I gave Utubedetective too much attention. To this day I would argue that I did not. I remain stuned none of the families of the 8 havn't demanded this person to reveal himself. IMO, this online blogger has made the 8 and there families apear to be completly without morals. My guess is those that did claim my attacks on Garcia for not condeming the statements of Utubedetective and his vlogs, were either uncalled for or overstatement, did not see the vlogs of the jerkoff. I would have loved to debate this with trench Reynolds, whom may have actually been Utubedetective. No kidding google Trench, read a little about him. IMO, Trench would likely pick up a log on suggesting he is the detective of the forum he is new to. Thus, combined with his quick harsh reaction towards my comments. If I had guesses on whom Utubedetective was, Thrench Reyolds would be my first. Somewhere amongst my guesses would be Ric Ricland. Just about all other guesses would either be relitives of the 8 or people working for the 8's lawyers. Well I did go on about the past. What I really wanted to touch on Gompertz, is I don't see why you can't be open with us here. I have to say the statement you make, has me completly believe you are posting with your real name. Your statement also suggest that you believe this conversation will one day service. I actually believe every reknowned crime victim, like Lacey Peterson for example, does have a group like ourselves going on as we do. Maybe even every current event.  (Tuesday Dec 22 | post #10851)

Gompetz, for what it is worth in my position, as I do state my job choic here often. I do agree with your post. In regards to Mayes, my believe is that there being more then one person with that name, is all the more reason Mayes should have something mentioned in the Polk County Records page I posted here. I'll give you my best guess, and reading your post Gompertz did improve what is my best guess. Of course my guess is subject to change with new information. My guess is, everyone, including Cara Murphy were charged as adults. cara merely cut her plead bargain the quickest. Mayes is not on the record page, because she was either not charged or charged as a minor. What IF? The original reports were the truth Cara Murphy was the camera girl. From there via information & cooperation, we got from the media what we got. I never heard Ms Mayes speak, but "Make the last 17, 19 seconds good, did sound like Cara Murphy's voice. Could it be Mayes was The Ring Leader until the beating. To me this does make sence. Mayes pre-beating e-mails + her coaching with the camera = Mayes was the ring leader. Have Mayes in preforming what is reported as Murphy's role during the beating, now Nichols or Hardcastle could be The Ring Leader.  (Tuesday Dec 22 | post #10850)

your last sentanc is true in regards to charicter, my pondering is more in regards to resources. As a child of a trailer park with a juvenile criminal record, I doubt Mayes would be able to afford Law School. Then again, does Mayes have a criminal record? Afterall, that would be my question to unknown or David if they still responded. Youu see Gompertz if you go to the Polk County webpage for records everyone involved has a criminal altercation. Christina Garcia has many. All 8, do have record of arrest, except Britiney Mayes. I'd also mention again Kelsie Lindsay has no mention of arrest. We all read Victoria's record from that newspaper, yet Tori was only arrested once. This is all very strange. SAY IT AIN'T SO!!!! Britiney Mayes is studing law. That IMO, is very scary. I hope it is just an internet rumor. Mayes is a tough egg to crack. Rumored to live in a trailer park, and also having online photo suggesting her family belongs to a Yacht Club. Gompertz, if you do watch GVS again, please post the commercials you see when you are watching that demon. I hope all that follow this story as we do, boycott the Greta Van Susteren Show. I know what I said in post #10840 could be viewed as a dismall outlook. However, remember although the 8 may have never asked for Christina Garcia and Utubedetective to be their spokespeople, no one with in the 8 or their families have ever denounced the messages these trolls delivered. Garcia as mamiconrazon and other internet log ons, as well as her cable appearences has portrayed a person of very questionable morals. I now say Christina Garcia has been a production of Greta Van Susteren, furthermore because none of the 8 have denounced the above mentioned. They too, should be reknown as the idiots Ms garcia portrays. I believe on a Sunday afternoon earlier this year, Christina paying a $5,000.00 with in two hours, is proof her dysfuntional act is sponcered.  (Saturday Dec 12 | post #10841)

I have the answer if you're still upset about this whole thing. It's actually stealing a page out of the 8's lawyers play book. Some may even relate it with Howard Stern Philosphy. To attack the 8 on youtube and myspace. The 8 have shown their weaknesses. I even believe if you paid attention, their weakest link was exposed right here. The Public ones with details that include, Victoria is not a slut. The public attacks on The Lindsay family are wrong and completly uncalled for, and people should stop. Phil if I give you a good argument here that Rush Limbaugh is actually a tool for the Democratic Party would you possible see things my way. That is American media is all about entertainment. Because IMO, I believe that is what my argument proves. You may enjoy this but my argument is very unpopular here in The USA, because it makes us look like fools to a certian extent. American psychology is all about extra innings. Just like a contracter may delibratly fix something and leave it so, in time it is more likely to break again, so now they have a job down the road. Phil as you and Gompertz continue to make this more complicated then it is. I hope you take a time out to read this. The media coverage that was pro-8 was coming from Fox News with the exception of Bill O'Reilly. if we go back to week 1, all were againt the 8 and Dr Phil, as Dr Phil claimed exclussive rights to Christina Garcia. Fox and CNN were all over the ethics of the 8 and Dr Phil. UNTIL, the night came Christina Garcia was on the Greta Van Susteran Show. Long and behold NOW, Greta and her guess panel had a 5 to 1 ration supporting the 8 not going to jail. O'Reilly as I mentioned left Fox lock step. In regards to CNN, they most likely went anti-prison because now they figured there were many possible guess to be had by leaning towards the 8. To this day I believe Dr Phil did have that exclussive contract with Christina Garcia, and I believe he sold that contract to Greta Van Susteran. The media coverage has nothing to do with Liberal vs Conservative. It is pandering to the accessible, in hope of gaining contact. Even I or we have been guilty of it. We've softened our views when we see we may engage in conversation with The Hassalls or Christina Garcia. As I stated here and in private e-mails, I don't get why the trio took it up a notch when The Hassalls were here. In some ways I even found it counter productive from much of David's conversation online, however as i also posted. Gompertz, in my life's experiences, for many people, "everything is" something. I would say money is the most common. You could go to Barnes & Noble and find the so many catagories of what falls under "everything is". I would venture in your case "everything is" a puzzle. I would say that's why you make this more complicated then it is. In the trios case "everything is" a battle. From what I have seen of Megan and Tori "everything is" moving on. For those that are now in control of released to media, "everything is" capturing sexual preditors. In regards to your troubles with the 8, court, maybe even with your family, you may have read my support. yes, to me you are little miss can't be wrong, and I say that with no sarcasm, honestly none at all. Now we move on from that for a bit, or at least I do. Victoria on this evening did you have a bunch of people dressed in blue with white letering numbers outlined in blue surrounding you. Were they depressed? I would venture yes. You do know I am a Crimson Tide fan. OK, Tori you took the pro circuit this year. That's funny, because let's face it the fish won't even make the playoofs and if they did..... you know the answer. I'll give you this your Gators would have beat Texas. Gompertz, I did nt read all of 10815. As you'll see in my next post this is a joyfull day for yours truely. WARNING, I will make fun of Tori. In the only way I ever will. Atleast in this lofe time, maybe one day the world or just her will know how I use to upset her :-) . Gompertz, not long ago I posted a more American then thou joke here. You may recall it, the claim you never purchase an American beer. Gomp, I am sorry but American psycholgy is a very sad joke. Honestly Germens really get into it. I wouldn't disput Germany does it better in regards to this topic, and by no means does that come easy from me. American psycholgy is a combination of two things. 1. Maintaining a purpose. Thye ban together to be sure they have a job at the end of the day. 2. Just what we saw here. letting all be undisturbed. Allow the deviant more space and see if the deviant repeats. The sad reality is, I believe they do hope for repeat. The slap on the wrist. (I) don't believe the 8 got slap on the wrist mainly because of Spoto, nor the psychologist eliment. I believe the slap on the wrrist is for the purpose of Victoria having something worth sueing. I also believe, there is a tone of racism and sexism there.
