I wrote an article to the editor of the local paper over two years ago predicting this very thing. 3am is not the time for all these young people to be in a place that lets them drink! They don't serve it , but it is there. Most of the patrons are from surrounding counties that come here because there own county doesn't allow this type activity. Why can't our city commission close this place down with a city ordinance. At least let the owner pay for the extra police to keep it under control not the taxpayers. (Jul 28, 2008 | post #12)
To my knowledge there is no new information. We did have another murder in Richmond of similar circumstances that was last week. Debbie was a friend and was my first girlfriend in the 6th grade. I am very hopeful that this does not go unsolved. She was very sick and helpless. It took some one very evil to do this. (Jul 28, 2008 | post #8)

I have know him for 40 years! I think if you look at the accident reports and police records you will find that just maybe he wasn't at fault! I doubt you will do that though, it is much easier to slam someone and stay hidden behind a name like Your Funny. It should have been I SUCK! I bet I can guess your real name though!!! Her maiden name was Debra Jo Weaver. She married Eugene Ballard first. Her second marriage was to Edgar McDonald. After his death she married and became a Harrison. She attended Madison High School 1962-1970. Her brother is living in Richmond and she did have an older sister that lives out of state. I wish there was more that I could do to help find her murderer! She was helpless and unble to defend herself. It was someone really evil that did this too her! (Jun 19, 2008 | post #6)
