COSI's first 10 years in its new digs haven't gone as expected ...

We love COSI and go as often as we can. It is one of Columbus' best places to take children. Surely the recent state of the economy has not been kind, but if COSI goes, I can't think of another place quite as interesting for children. Cities such as San Diego and Los Angeles have museums and other attractions for adults and children located all around their Science museums within walking distance. Perhaps more can be done to move other attractions or use Central High School more fully so as to develop or attract other businesses to want to be near the river.  (Sunday Nov 8 | post #112)

Hopefully, these don't get a red cent of any kind from any civil trial either. Everybody knows the media shows a part of something and not the whole story because that wouldn't sell. The jig is up. People don't fall for that garbage anymore. Terrelle Pryor

Despite another big hurt for the Buckeyes, Terrelle Pryor says ...

The way things started off, I thought the Buckeyes were gonna get killed. However, the defense really impressed and the OSU line as well as the coaches on both sides of the ball were respectable throughout most of the game. In my opinion, the turning point in the game was in the fourth quarter when the Bucks were close to field goal range and Pryor stepped back to pass on third down and was sacked. He should have just stepped back a step at best and ran right at them, in order to help his kicker get closer and a better position to kick a field goal. That's what team leaders do. However, Pryor's ego took over many times throughout the game, but that one cost them. And, of course, they were forced to punt the ball, instead of kick a field goal. I think Pryor hit the nail on the head when he identified himself as the one player who let down the Buckeyes. With the Michael Vick trash from last week, I think he honestly thought in his mind that he was going to the NFL at the end of this season. If he still does, the Buckeyes are in for additional trouble and he is in for a bigger surprise(s) down the road. They don't have an easy schedule as many people might think. Toldeo's no push over and Illinois, Wisconsin, Penn State, and now Michigan are improved and competitive ball clubs. Pryor's the star who ought to be encouraging his players and full of energy, and tonight he looked like Mr. Flat Foot and I'm "too cool for all of you." I hope he gets his head out of his backside and back to church soon, or the Buckeyes will drop more games. What a bozo! Terrell Pryor's not the same kid who cried when they lost to Penn State last year. Bottom Line: The Buckeye's star player let them down, and USC's didn't. Barclay showed up to play, and listened to his coaches (did you see the coverage from the sidelines showing him listening to his coaches every word?). USC flat out won, despite the best defense I've seen from Ohio State in 35 years.  (Sep 12, 2009 | post #1)

I'm a supporter of Health Care Reform and voted for Obama, but people should have the right to speak out at such addresses. In early America it was common for representatives to jeer, praise, or applaud the President's address to the HR. Even now in England they publicly berate speakers regularly in Parliament. In Taiwan, they throw chairs and punches sometimes during such political events. Free speech ought never be chided, and if Wilson is “punished” that’s proof positive that Washington has drowned in political correctness. If anything, someone ought to berate Pelosi for looking like a cheap plastic doll. This is America. God Bless It, and let the insults and innuendo fly.
