Do you hear yourself? Russell should have been ready regardless...that's been his problem all along. He thinks the world rotates around him....Frye should be starting if Gradkowski can't go....at least then we have a chance...The team looked very unmotivated once Russell got in there...that speaks volumes. I use to think Russell just needed some tweaking...but it's clear he needs a lot more then tweaking  (Yesterday | post #13)

Getting Vick would be a Huge mistake...Not only is an he idiot but not a good QB...he can run the ball...but how many running QB's have won a Superbowl?????None! Plus Vick really is a scumbag. Not someone I would want to root for....and that's saying a lot considering some of the Thugs that have played for my beloved Raiders. I think we are stuck with Russell until he proves next year he is still a flop. The only way he won't be is if the Raiders work with his decision making skills...and ability to get out of his own way. I like Gradkowski and think he could lead this team...I agree...and am not sure why people are scarded of him...but as long as he keeps playing I am all for it...I was gushy on him...because he hasn't played enough to let us know if he is capable week in and week out....but time will tell....Even if the Raiders drop Russell they won't pick up a 1st rd QB anyways...too much money  (Yesterday | post #3)

I strongly believe Russell pissed some of the team off with his comments earlier in the week. He claimed Gradkowski was doing well because the team around him stepped up and made plays....WHAT AN IDIOT!!!!! I made mention that the line looked like they let the D g right by and sack him....I really wonder if they did to teach him a lesson....I know that would suck...but it looked effortless for them to get to him. I know Gradkowski is quicker and gets rid of the ball quicker...but come on  (Yesterday | post #2)

I agree, however...I wonder if Al's pride will prevent him from letting him go...it was a totally different team with him on the field...it really seemed as though they have zero confidence with Russell in....I don't understand why they didn't let Frye go it....especially have Russells 4th sack...he wasn't doing a dam thing...Frye couldn't have done worse...plus I would put in a student of the game any day before a guy who is slow to make decisions  (Yesterday | post #9)

I said he has growing up to do and he still could be a great NFL QB he just needs to work on his maturity, Decision making skills and some accuracy.....so I am critical but I don't out right slam him as a team mate.
