Surprise! Surprise! If anyone gets short with money in Livingston or craps wrong you a'll file for some kind of HELP. If everyone would get a job that takes taxes out, you a'll wouldnt need asst. I think the parent that isnt working because they say they have medical issues should be sent to a doctor appointed by the courts to be checked out to see why they cant even hold a job down at McDonalds. That would help get people off assistance also instead of letting the tax payers pay them to sit at home and do nothing all except collect child support and gov. aid (Sep 16, 2009 | post #57)

I know someone that worked a good paying job for 14 years that lives in livingston and lost it because of drugs and being late all the time and we know why she was late, it was due to drugs. She lost her job 8 years ago and has since lived off of men and the welfare system. She has never looked for a job since and just keeps taking from the system for everything plus child support from me. The system only keeps giving to her and never blinks an eye. She sits at her house that a dying man bought for her which he did die 6 months after marrying but left her with the house payment and since had her boyfriend move in the day he died and he provides all the money, on top of what she gets from the welfare. I'm sure they never check on how many people are living in her house when they just keep sending those free checks to her. She wouldnt know how to look for a job let alone pass a drug screen test every month.You would think they would question how she can live in the house when she doesnt have a job. I have spent so much money fighting for custody of my child and the court system wont do anything to her for doing drugs and beating on the child. She even admitted her problems too the judge and he just turns the check. She claims he parties with her, and wont do anything to her. I have fought with the system until I was blue in the face and my health got me down over it all. I have since just gave up after 1000's of $. Good luck but the system will always look out for the mother no matter what, and the welfare doesnt care who they leave sitting home because there pay checks arent based off of how many people they get off the system and save the tax payers money. I wanta know how many fathers have been wasting there money on Lawyers in Livingston trying to get there kids away from bad mothers and how many have gone in front of the Judge( J.W.) to find out he doesnt care what the mother has done, he just keeps letting her get away with things. Get rid of the Judges J.W. and Livingston might get cleaned up. He adds to the problems by joining in with all the drunks and addicts. I think a road block would be great, if anything it would keep all dope heads from leaving Livingston period. (Jul 21, 2009 | post #80)
