Personal information of Cal Poly Pomona applicants revealed online

This is really scary, because my information could have been posted for anyone to see. I applied for Cal Poly during this time. I think that they should be notifying everyone who applied during those times to reassure them of the problem.. They should also be paying for the credit checks because they are the ones at fault.  (Nov 13, 2009 | post #1)

Residents not spooked by living near "unlucky" Upland intersection

I always think of 13 as my lucky number. I just like to be contrary to everyone else. To whyy: It's called a feature story. It's nice to have those once in a while instead of all the blood and gore.  (Nov 13, 2009 | post #4)

Pomona man linked to three killings makes court appearance

Talk about being oblivious! He's a great kid who also happens to be a gang member and murderer!  (Nov 11, 2009 | post #2)

Covina woman killed in crash was returning from Mt. SAC field trip

This is such a tragedy. Vehicle caravans are extremely dangerous. My high school swim coach had us do a caravan one rainy day when the bus never showed up. She slammed on the brakes and the truck I was in was rear-ended by another student. Luckily no one was seriously injured, but I've always been wary of caravans since then. That's why I have GPS in my car. You can't get too lost with one of those. Maybe Mt. SAC should invest in some of those to avoid situations like this.  (Nov 11, 2009 | post #4)

Coyotes spark concern in Upland, Heights

And by the way, I think that you meant to write "I speak Spanish better THAN you write your pathetic English." Who is pathetic now?  (Nov 9, 2009 | post #26)

Coyotes spark concern in Upland, Heights

Oh, and I'm supposed to know what race you are by what you write? I posted my first comment talking about the coyotes that kill small animals and hunt in packs - not the process of bringing illegals over the border. This story has nothing to do with race or illegal aliens, and yet you are stupid enough to think that it does. Get over yourself!  (Nov 9, 2009 | post #25)

Robbers hit Rite Aid

I agree! I'm marking all of the racial posts for review because they aren't just inappropriate. These are messages of hate and scorn from people too stupid to get their heads out of their butts.  (Nov 9, 2009 | post #43)

No, I was not talking about illegal aliens! Not everyone who posts on here is a racist pig like yourself!  (Nov 9, 2009 | post #22)

Coyotes spark concern in Upland, Heights

I was out in the desert this weekend camping and two nearby campers lost their small dogs. I'm sure that neither lasted the night. Coyotes are wild animals that are extremely adaptable and have been here much longer than we have. If you live anywhere where you might have them, take basic precautions. There's no way that we can get rid of all of them.  (Nov 9, 2009 | post #19)

License plate reader is new crimefighting tool

If you hate the United States so much because you have to pay for a license, why don't you just move to a Third World country. Then you can't complain when someone steals your car or shoots you.  (Nov 9, 2009 | post #24)

I completely agree with you about the truck convoys. Everyone says don't cut off a semi (for good reasons), but how are you supposed to exit when it's nose to tail semis? I wish that there were separate truck highways from car highways.  (Nov 5, 2009 | post #12)

Pursuit in Rancho Cucamonga seriously injures bystander

That makes perfect sense! Of course someone who is concerned about a victim of an accident wants to hit on her! Who would have thought of anything else?  (Nov 4, 2009 | post #32)
