Employees with a pleasing attitude are no longer hard to find. Job interviewers were once desperate and hired any person that needed a job. Due to high unemployment, the interviewer is now king, many will take advantage of their power and choose those that will provide a quickie. Witnesses to this wrongful practice should complain to the state fair hiring manager. Hopefully he will not also be exploitive. (Aug 3, 2012 | post #20)

Its only structures will be religious councils appointed by the people; their job would be the strict enforcement of Sharia law. Voters will rule Syria; a free election would turn political power over to a Sunni candidate. The new system will use an affirmative action program that makes sure 75% of those hired come from the Sunni Majority. But the minority, who are Alawite, Druze, and Christian, should be treated fairly and not abused.
