Cemex Buys Controlling Stake in Rinker
Cemex only does the guarantee if your in an area that works all year, they tried it in northern cali but they were paying out to much and not selling enough concrete. They were trying to push that pay by the load bull s$#t, untill the winter came and they found out there plants were closed more then they were open in the rainy season. The only guarantee with cemex is a contract, and is a fight every time. (Jan 12, 2008 | post #9)
