Elizabeth, I've found the teaching of Andrew Wommack to be something very special in the area of grace and God's love. The following is the web site from which you can download a series of teachings by Andrew entitled "You've Already Got It". May you be greatly blessed by what you hear. http://www.awmi.ne t/extra/audio/1033 (Yesterday | post #6)
As we believe right, we'll find ourselves living right. That which was attracked to sin has died in the body of Christ when He died on the cross. Romans 7:4 (4) Wherefore, my brethren, ye also are become dead to the law by the body of Christ; .... As we accept this is truth and confess it out of our mouth often, it's reality is manifest in our living. Romans 6:11 (11) Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord. Christians often think that in the above verse, to reckon means to make yourself dead unto sin, but what it actually means is to simply agree in your mind and thinking that you are already dead indeed unto sin and alive unto God through Jesus Christ before you actually experience this in your day to day living. The believer has already been made dead unto sin through what Jesus did on the cross. It is a done deal, just as all of our sin has been paid for by Jesus Christ and all of His righteousness has been imputed to the believer. Instead of us thinking we've got to get this accomplished by forcing ourselves to stop doing wrong things, we're to agree with Scripture in our thinking that it's already happened in Christ and as we believe right, we'll find ourselves manifesting right living in actuallity. Oh thanks be to Jesus Christ who has set us free. We praise your Lord Jesus and give you thanks for your amazing grace and love. (Yesterday | post #6)

Hi Elizabeth, you who are so dearly loved by Jesus Christ that He has already given you the victory over all sin through faith in Him. The believer has been made a new creation when he or she turned to receive Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. As we continually look to Christ, praising Him and trusting He has already delivered us in Him, we experience freedom from the powers of darkness. (Sunday | post #3)
Jesus took all of my sin, all that was, that is, that will be wrong between me and God. Jesus took it all and in it's place, He gave all that is right between Him and God. So in Christ, all who trust in Him,Jesus Christ, stand without fault, pure, holy, and unblameable through God's grace, unmerited favor and undeserved kindness. To God be all praise, thanksgiving, honor, glory, power, and majesty now and forever. (Sunday | post #1)

Ben, once you take your last breath on this planet, where will you go then and where will you be for eternity? (Saturday Oct 4 | post #6)
Are you and Dr. Burton certain about this? (Saturday Oct 4 | post #2)
Is justice being served when a person convicted of a crime goes before the judge and the judge says, "oh, you can go free, I have decided not to punish you for the crime of which you are guilty"? Leviticus 26:13 I am the LORD your God, which brought you forth out of the land of Egypt, that ye should not be their bondmen; and I have broken the bands of your yoke, and made you go upright. 14 But if ye will not hearken unto me, and will not do all these commandments; 15 And if ye shall despise my statutes, or if your soul abhor my judgments, so that ye will not do all my commandments, but that ye break my covenant: 16 I also will do this unto you; I will even appoint over you terror, consumption, and the burning ague, that shall consume the eyes, and cause sorrow of heart: and ye shall sow your seed in vain, for your enemies shall eat it. 17 And I will set my face against you, and ye shall be slain before your enemies: they that hate you shall reign over you; and ye shall flee when none pursueth you. 18 And if ye will not yet for all this hearken unto me, then I will punish you seven times more for your sins. 19 And I will break the pride of your power; and I will make your heaven as iron, and your earth as brass: 20 And your strength shall be spent in vain: for your land shall not yield her increase, neither shall the trees of the land yield their fruits. 21 And if ye walk contrary unto me, and will not hearken unto me; I will bring seven times more plagues upon you according to your sins. Ben, are you guilty? (Friday Oct 3 | post #3)
Jewish Salvation vs. Christian Salvation
QUOTE who="Ben Masada"]<q uoted text> ++++++++++++++++++ ++++ Yes, just because they are Jews, they are saved from God's wrath. As far as God is concerned there is a difference betweeen the sins of Israel and the sins of the other nations. Haven't you ever heard that "Of the other nations, God will make an end of them; but of Israel, God will only chastize as we deserve?" [/QUOTE] Ben, show the Scripture that says Jews are saved from God's wrath just because they are Jews and that there is a difference between the sins of Israel and the sins of other nationsBen, you are leaving out words. Not only does Deuteronomy 27:26 say confirmeth, but it also says TO DO THEM. That is pretty simple English. Do you do all of the words of God's law, Ben? If not, then you are under the curse. Also in Deuteronomy 28:15, the words TO DO ALL HIS COMMANDMENTS AND HIS STATUES are to be included besides the word hearken. Why do you leave out those words in those two verses Ben, but want to add words in the New Testament? I would not want to be Jewish and be subject to this curse for not doing all of the Commandments and statutes of God. Here's what a famour Jew said: Acts 15:7.. Peter rose up, and said unto them, Men and brethren, ye know how that a good while ago God made choice among us, that the Gentiles by my mouth should hear the word of the gospel, and believe. 8 And God, which knoweth the hearts, bare them witness, giving them the Holy Ghost, even as he did unto us; 9 And put no difference between us and them, purifying their hearts by faith. 10 Now therefore why tempt ye God, to put a yoke upon the neck of the disciples, which neither our fathers nor we were able to bear? Good morning to you, Ben, a person who is so greatly loved by the God who gave His only begotten Son for both the Jews and the gentilesSorry Ben, but you are jumping to conclusions that are not there. No where does Scripture say the date or age of Jesus when His family left Jerusalem to go to Nazareth. Luke 2:39 And when they had performed all things according to the law of the Lord, they returned into Galilee, to their own city Nazareth. Scripture does not say they left Jerusalem with Jesus at 33 days old. The length of time after they had performed all things according to the law is indefinite. It doesn't say they immediately returned, or the number of days, weeks, months, or years is not given, so no way to say there is a contradiction with this and the account in MatthewNope, Ben, you are jumping to conclusions again. Matthew does not give the original home of Mary and Joseph, so since it doesn't, there is no contradiction. Matthew chapter 2 simply begins with Jesus being born in Bethlehem just as Luke says. Ben, your Jewish mind is blinded by your preconceived ideas. You need to just read the words of Scripture and let them be your guide instead of trying to force into it what you want it to sayYou do see how you got in trouble when you said Joseph was alone because Scripture never used the word "alone" nor did it say that no one else was with Joseph when he took Jesus off of the cross? You just need to take time and read what is there and not try to twist it to say just what you think it should or what you need to fit your preconceived ideas. (Friday Oct 3 | post #18)
What is meant by justice? There are a number of Scriptures that speak of justice in the Old Testament. What is it? Genesis 18:19 For I know him, that he will command his children and his household after him, and they shall keep the way of the LORD, to do justice and judgment; that the LORD may bring upon Abraham that which he hath spoken of him. Deuteronomy 33:21 And he provided the first part for himself, because there, in a portion of the lawgiver, was he seated; and he came with the heads of the people, he executed the justice of the LORD, and his judgments with Israel. 1Kings 10:9 Blessed be the LORD thy God, which delighted in thee, to set thee on the throne of Israel: because the LORD loved Israel for ever, therefore made he thee king, to do judgment and justice. Psalms 89:14 Justice and judgment are the habitation of thy throne: mercy and truth shall go before thy face. How is God's justice demonstrated in regards to sin in the Old Testament and in the New? Jewish Salvation vs. Christian Salvation
Ben, how does this work for the Jews? Are all Jews saved from God's wrath just because they are Jews? What about those who fail to keep all of God's commands and are under the curse? Deuteronomy 27:26 (26) Cursed be he that confirmeth not all the words of this law TO DO THEM. And all the people shall say, Amen. Deuteronomy 28:15 (15) But it shall come to pass, if thou wilt not hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe TO DO ALL HIS COMMANDMENTS AND HIS STATUES which I command thee this day; that ALL THESE CURSES SHALL COME UPON THEE, and overtake thee: (Thursday Oct 2 | post #4)
