The reimbursement issue needs to be resolved. Right now it is cheaper to send a student to another district, which doesn't make sense and all too often those small class sizes are all of a sudden large classes. They can stop busing school choice kids around from one district to the next, remember by going to another district makes it the responsibility of the parent to get them to school, consolidate, any kid that lives in the neighborhood should ride the same bus instead of three buses per neighborhood, right now many routes have a elementary, middle school and high school bus, in BHRSD the scools are all within a mile.
