Oh and for your information, the attorney here told Kayla, your son has NO custodial custody rights because he has never been deemed the biological father, THROUGH THE COURT, by DNA, and ordered custodial rights, by a court and judge, so you all need to have DNA test done of Hayli ASAP. I fyou have anything there with her DNA like a hai brush etc., you can get it done but the Judge can ode it and she will have to pay for half of the test. I was very suprised that the judge ordered child support there against you son, without a DNA. Here, the gals cannot collect child support without that first being established by DNA.  (18 hrs ago | post #5)

Okay, and we can either sign and notarize our statement and send them to your attorney, or we can notarized them and send them strait to the court to be filed in the court file and th Judge can read them, I ned to know the case number on your case. I am going to file felony charges against Kayla for stealing Colleen's phone and taking off with it as well as my son'e tool belt! That phone is over 500.00 so that makes it a felony! You keep in contact because once you get custody of Hayli, we are going for custody of the baby boy! That bitch nor her so-called mom, either one needs to raise those kids. They are both ignorant. Hayli is a wonderful child, she just aches for attention but hell she's four years old, just a baby still. I had her in school here in Ava Pre-school and she loved it. She was only going half days but we had her on the list for full days as soon as there was an opening. She was a grest little girl with me, we had fun. I never whipped her, I don't not believe in that. I did put her in time out once for 4 minutes on my bed and I stayed in the room with her, she loved it, though it was fun! When she acted uo, i just got down in front of her and told her that behavior was unexceptable and she didn't do it anymore. That show the NANNY is very good to teach how to deakl with disclipline of a child. To Kayla, it is all about "Kayla", she don't care about those kids, I never once saw her hug Hayli or kiss her the whole time she was here. Zack was great with Hayli, he played and hugged her and spent time with her but Kayla never did. We will get a DNA on the baby and if it is Zack's we will get it one way or another. I already have Joint Legal Custody of my granddaughter and have had for 3 years now. Hope you get temporary custody tomorrow, until the trial. Hayli needs to be with you, hell Zack or Kayla either on have a job nor a place to live! They had a beautiful place here, 13 acres and I was getting ready to get them a new trailer, double wide put on the place and their payments would only be 165.00 per month. It is a 2010 4 bedroom doublewide for 34,000.00. I would have paid cash and they would have had a contract for deed. Zack had a good job here, roofing and I was going to make both hom and Kayla get into GED school on Dec.3rd and then they could have started Drury College classes 2 night a week. They could have had 7000.00 a year to just go to school, plus they were on TANF for the kids and that would have gave Kayla 374.00 per month in cash, and 375.00 in food stamps for 5 yars, but she would have had to worked 30 hours per week as well. but hell no, she wanted to sleep all day and mouth all night and she cannot do that around me! They could have had it made here but she "didn't know anybody" etc and couldn't have wild parties and drugs here so she was ready to go! I paid Zacks car oayments up that he was behind, 300.00, I gave then money for his work etc. Got Hayli whatever she needed and had her Christmas already bought. These stupid kids don't have a clue how good they would have had it here. And I told Kayla, even took her to my attorney and told her we would have Joint Custody papers filled out and mailed to your son and set out a Parenting Plan for equal visitation, I would have paid for that. And they way she has treated Colleen, her and Zack, I came down on both of them pretty hard! I told her I couldn't whip her while she was pregnant but after the baby came, I would beat her head off if she EVER talked crazy to Colleen again and Zack too!
