UPS worker arrested for stealing packages
Well she's already out of custody. $25,000.00 sounds like a conservative amount if she's been doing it for very long. I thought UPS paid their people fairly well. At least enough that a 20 year employee wouldn't have to steal electronic gadgets so she could make ends meet. Must have just been the thrill of getting away with it. Now she'll have the thrill of doing weekends for a year or two, paying restitution, reporting to her probation officer regularly and of course the criminal record to go along with it. I wonder if UPS can take restitution from any retirement funds she may have had coming? (Saturday Oct 11 | post #2)

If this verdict is his pay-back or revenge for walking away from his murder trial, a lot of it rests on OJ's shoulders. Because you don't come out with a book titled, "If I did it, here's how". He claims he is not guilty of murdering his ex-wife and Ron Goldman. But this book is the equivalent of claiming not guilty, only with a wink and a nod. The man just doesn't think before he acts, or he just doesn't care. Whichever the case may be, I believe he has shown us all that he continues to be a threat to society. Rumor has it they are considering adding a feature to the pink hand guns that have a barrel length of six inches or more,,,, An extra $50.00 and the manufacturer will install a small unbalanced motor under the hand grips which allows the owner to use the gun barrel as a vibrator! It is of course suggested that owners check to see that the weapon is unloaded before getting too intimate with their pink gun/adult toy. They also recommend ordering the removable front site or at least the non-serrated version. Classes are being offered to teach both gun handling/safety as well as gun barrel bonking. Some friends and I did some tests with a couple of condoms. We put golf balls in them and swung them into a steel wall and they didn't break or tear! Do you check the expiration date of a condom before you use it? If it's old that may be why it's breaking. Those of you who think your children wouldn't do the same thing these two did are only fooling yourselves. I'll bet whoever believes their children wouldn't dare have sex at the age of fifteen on up, also would claim they have very intelligent children. Well I believe that could be true, because they are able to not get caught and convince you they are virgins. I know, because my girlfriend and I were intelligent. Had sex when I was sixteen and she was fifteen and continued screwing like bunnies for four straight years. We never got caught, were intelligent enough to use protection and not get pregnant and her parents swore their daughter was a virgin on her wedding night. Her mom was a stay at home mom and her dad was a big, boyfriend intimidating goon. When I brought her home from a date, dad would open the front door so we didn't kiss good night on the front porch and I was never allowed in her bedroom. But parents aren't home 24/7. He never realized that I used one of his condoms and boinked his daughter in his bed, or I wouldn't be here today. If your child has had a boyfriend or girlfriend they have been dating on a regular basis, for two or three months, they're having sex. Either they're having sex or they have a diminished mental capacity. Personally, I think the model parent is the one a child can be honest with, even about sex, without worrying about the parent going ballistic and placing them in a convent. I've always told my child that I don't care what they've done and who else they lie to, please tell me the truth so I can help you if you need help and advise you whether you need it or not. While they may not have the maturity and experience they need to handle adult situations like an adult, it doesn't mean their bodies don't have adult cravings. They become addicted to an orgasm as much as anyone else. In this situation, where a father doesn't know that his underage daughter has been sneaking her underage boyfriend into his home for over a year to have sex, well that is just ludicrous. I mean he parked his bicycle outside. Certainly a neighbor would have seen him going in for some midnight delight over the course of a year. Maybe it was even a tipoff from a neighbor that finally got dad's lazy ass out of bed to check on his daughter, after a year of pleasure has already been realized in his daughters bedroom. I think these kids show some maturity in the fact she didn't become pregnant in all that time. However, beating this underage kid over the head with a steel pipe is not a good way to suddenly become a concerned parent, it is an act of aggression, a person acting out of emotion, harming another in a fit of rage. It is not protecting anyone and the person that thinks differently is the person that will end up in jail themselves some day. I don't understand how anyone would get enjoyment out of breaking the limbs of a teenager who is in love with their child and who their child is in love with. Maybe not lasting adult love, but to them the love is as strong as any they could know. Anyone who thinks their child will appreciate their parents for doing something so drastic as to beat their boy/girlfriend over the head with a steel pipe, is an idiot. They are also fooling themselves if they believe it will stop their sons or daughters from having sex again before they are of legal age. I don't agree with anyone disrespecting someone else's home or rules of conduct with their child, but there are adult ways of handling these situations when they occur. There are methods of discipline that don't require the hospitalization and/or surgery of an underage boy or girl. Some of you should look into them, just in case,,,,, (Sep 15, 2008 | post #1132)

Well the article states that Dad got the pipe from the garage and then entered his daughters bedroom. So why did dad go to the garage to retrieve a pipe? Could it be that he heard giggling and/or moans of passion coming from her room? I doubt he heard sounds or someone being raped. I have to believe Dad had a pretty good idea that his little princess had a boy in her room for a mutually rewarding "O" face session and that it was not an intruder who was a threat to his daughter or anyone else. He also claims he heard the noises when he was letting his dog out. Why wouldn't the dog have alerted him of an intruder? Here's why, because the dog knew the daughter had a boyfriend she was sneaking in the house for over a year that's why. The dog didn't consider this guy an intruder. Unless this guy has a dumb dog to go along with his dumb horny daughter? Which is very possible, since he can't have the smartest seeds swimming around in his gene pool! Who wouldn't know their own daughter was sneaking a boyfriend into her room for some steamy sex for over a year? Metrolink tried to call him? Did they try to call the freight train engineer as well? I would think that's the least they could do,,,, Have they given up on the two way radios, or is that what they tried calling him on? You seem to have a lot of inside info Doctor. But I'm confused, in a previous post you claim, "The black box would also tell them if he called the conductor to verify the light" But now you claim that the dispatcher "tried" to call him to tell him he ran the red light. So you're saying that the moment he ran the red light, the Metrolink dispatcher was made aware of this? How much time passed between the running of this light and the time of impact? Wouldn't there be some sort of radio transmission, alarm or some mechanism in place that a dispatcher could use to immediately warn both trains that they were on a collision course? How do you know they didn't get all the body parts out of the train? Cell phones are pretty tough and it wouldn't surprise me to find most of them still functioning. Did anyone try calling it after they were finished with the rescue/recovery efforts? (Sep 14, 2008 | post #14)

I too found it quite suspect when in less than 24 hours, Metrolink had the engineer picked out to take the fall. The media even helped out with their interviewing of a teenager who claims that he received a text message from the engineer moments before the crash. Then it is reported that the engineers cell phone was not recovered from the crash. This all sounds a little too neat for my liking. It is the deceased engineers fault. The engineer that can not speak or contest what went wrong. Then his cell phone, a device recently made illegal for use when driving an automobile, becomes a tool of distraction. But, that tool is now missing??? Does anyone else smell something rotten, or is it just me? (Sep 14, 2008 | post #12)
