So Let's say Tuco the moron decided to apply his understanding of CPR to "save" my dog. But because Tuco the moron did not understand the ribcage of a dog is different than an human's, crushed my poor dog's ribcage and failed to provide any resuscitation to my poor dog. The current thinking on the origins of (bird) flight as I understand it is as follows; A lizard evolves a technique of grabbing it's prey with its fore arms. A decendant of this lizard evolves feathers for keeping warm. A decendant of this lizard evolves longer arms for grabbing it's prey. A decendant of this lizard evolves the ability to glide toward it's prey before grabbing it. Notice at this point that the motion of grabbing prey is very similar to flapping wings for take off and increased lift in flight. A decendant of this lizard evolves the ability to grasp it's prey with it's hind legs leaving the fore arms free to sustain flight. There you go!! Evolution of flight!! Happy now? You should also check out "God's Cure" for Leprosy in Leviticus 14 I'm quite certain you would prefer that over the modern medical cure, because it comes "directly from God". Science is self correcting. It finds errors in itself and proposes new answers all the time. Religion NEVER does this even when it is blatantly and laughably wrong, as in Leviticus 14.
