Like I said unless you were born yesterday, And do not really care where you live, If no one has ever heard of anything flooding i.e river,lake,pond,roads,ect.Its kind of a no brainer. And no common sense type of thing, Not to question your own common sense of the river rising. I.m not saying the people were entirely at fault,By they are somewhat. It would be like going camping in a state where (wildfires) break out, And not to use common sense and queston yourself weather you should your should not, Is your responsibility. My kids loved firework displays, Until they got older. Watching them,I knew they were Amazed by them, specially the first time. Everybody just remember to be SAFE! And have a happy 4th. SPECIALLY!
