Insurance is nothing more than the transfer of risk from you to a company if something happens. Key word, "if". Natural Gas, if you have the economic means to pay out a claim on a 2008 BMW M5 that you hit while killing the three passengers in the car, more power to you. Unfortuately I do not. I agree with that. Most people I am talking to are carrying a very small property damage limit and nowadays you can hit a BMW that's gonna cost you $100K to replace! (Mar 4, 2008 | post #3)

The reason I am asking is becuase of my research when speaking with people about their auto or homeowner's insurance.
