The meaning of lawful orders is spelled out in the military regulations and Uniform Code of Military Justice. A test of your theory was just made by Army Lt.Ehren K. Watada. "Military Justice" left the water very muddy. I'm sure nobody is satisfied with that result. (1 hr ago | post #31)

Take yourself. We are under the thumb of powerful multi-national corporations. We have been numbered and sold; not to the government; but to commerce. You are not a person, you are a consumption unit. I guess Rush didn't tell you about that. (2 hrs ago | post #7)

Ther is no conventional wisdom for a party that only saya NO; and acts and votes against the National Interest, and the people. (2 hrs ago | post #325)

Most Americans are derelict in their duty to be informed. I commend most TOPIX members, who are less derelict. The US soldiers who died for our freedom over three centuries deserve better than an unengaged electorate.
