People were flocking to Vegas when the property values were on the rise-now they are fleeing as fast as they can. I don't have the vacancy numbers, but they are mindblowing. I would say 40-60% of the condos are empty-if not more. Houses aren't much better. (Sunday Nov 15 | post #16)
Vegas is a shithole. Worst unemployment rate in the country & the same basically holds true for the housing/foreclosur e market. Look at Phoenix or SoCal-at least they have a real economy that isn't based upon suckers coming to town & pissing their money away(which they aren't doing now or anywhere in the near future).
