Hope that DNa from the dog is presentable in court. If I were to sit on this case I would insist that positive identification of the involved fecal material be fully disclosed. Was the evidence properly collect and not discredibly by adjunct contaminants on some previously utilized pooper-scooper.... .. posibliity of feline involvement is possible.
