Chicago White Sox rally for 4-3 victory over Tampa Bay Rays
This sounds like the Royals fan who said earlier this year that KC was going to win the division. How`s that workin out for ya? (Jul 23, 2009 | post #32)
Report: Top pitching prospect defects from Cuba during tourname...
C`mon Kenny, Lets keep that Cuban pipeline flowing on the southside (Jul 3, 2009 | post #1)
Ozzie Guillen: 'Our fans are not stupid like Cubs fans'
I agree, Same tired old statements from both sides. It`s not even funny anymore. I`m glad interleague play is over! Lets` hope that 1 game in Sept. actually means something to both teams. (Jun 29, 2009 | post #149)
Are Chicago White Sox trying to get in Carlos Zambrano's head?
Who are you and why are you breathing?Did you actually hear the interview? (Jun 26, 2009 | post #22)
Chicago Cubs-Chicago White Sox need dose of excitement
Hey Morissey, When did you get a job in the PR Dept. for both the Sox and Cubs? I think fans of both teams are a little apethetic towards their respective teams and throw in the economy and your not getting the real fans at the games anyway. But I will be watching. GO SOX!!!! (Jun 26, 2009 | post #5)
Chicago White Sox GM unimpressed with Carlos Quentin progress
Castroneves? Are you watching baseball or Indy? If you mean Contreras, he did help win a WS and will be gone after this year (Jun 24, 2009 | post #4)
Are Chicago White Sox trying to get in Carlos Zambrano's head?
This was`nt even a story when Cooper made a couple comments after being ASKED what he would do if that meltdown happened in a Sox uniform and he tried to step around it and moved on.... NO STORY!!!! (Jun 18, 2009 | post #17)
Cubs-Sox series can make, break youngsters
Biggest series of the year? I`ll take season series wins over the Twins and Tigers before I worry about these six games. By the way, I think Lou has replaced the jock with Depends and Ozzie would`nt want to hold that anyway. (Jun 16, 2009 | post #4)
Bears remain 'Plex-ible' at WR
Steve Smith of the Panthers started out as a return man and has turned into a pretty good reciever Steve Smith: 5'9" 185 lbs. Devin Hester: 5'10" 185 lbs I`m not saying Hester is anything like Smith yet but he has shown signs that he could be if given the ball at the right time and place. Hester, Iglasies, Bennett and maybe Knox for a little more speed along with Olsen and Clark at TE and Forte out of the backfield could work out just fine.Maybe a worth while vet gets cut before camp, which happens every year somewhere and they`ll be ok. If Plexico is the answer, I don`t want to know the question! (May 18, 2009 | post #24)
White Sox's Chris Getz may be headed to DL
Don`t they have to bring up Nix after his dl stint? He`s out of options and would be lost if he`s not on the roster. (Apr 27, 2009 | post #2)
None of these guys have even practiced in the NFL yet! I will wait and see what they can do before I make a blanket statement that it was a wasted draft. I think Iglesias, Gilbert, Moore and Knox will be contributers this year, not stars but solid players. (Apr 27, 2009 | post #4)
Jose Contreras safe in Chicago White Sox rotation for now
Whats the surprise? He was`nt pitching very good last year before he got hurt either.Did they expect the injury to make him better? (Apr 23, 2009 | post #8)
Chicago White Sox beat Tampa Bay Rays 8-3
Despite what Kenny and Ozzie said they wanted to do in the offseason (again), this team is still going to live and die by the home run. If the pitching keeps up and they can get a FEW of those RISP in w/o a homerun this could be a fun season. GO SOX!!! (Apr 19, 2009 | post #7)
