Police: Elderly Woman Attacked In Home

I agree. I automatically assumed it was a man. I guess sorry, low-life people come in all shapes and sizes. She is a pathetic excuse for a person and I hope she spends the rest of her life in prison (getting her face bashed in!).  (Jun 20, 2008 | post #21)

Police Say Drunken Driver Killed Cyclists

How terribly sad for the cyclists' families. That idiot Bain took away the mother of 3 boys (I'm not sure if Alfaro has children). Bain needs to be locked away for a very long time.  (Jun 9, 2008 | post #1)

BREAKING NEWS: Ruiz Convicted In Dallas Cop's Murder

Man Arrested After Leading Police On Chase

He's a loser and a career criminal and he deserves a LOT of time behind bars. Let his new "career" be making license plates. With regard to his family/friends defending him, he made a very poor choice (and has obviously made a lot of poor choices). It doesn't matter that he has a sick relative. If he cared about them, he would've been living right so he could be around for them. I have a brother who is serving a 25 year sentence for drugs. He did not get to go to my grandfather's funeral, he will not get to be with my grandmother in her final years, and more than likely he won't be around when my mother passes away. It's sad, but he's right where he deserves to be. I love him, but he knew right from wrong. Your family member knows right from wrong, too. Quit making excuses for him.  (May 30, 2008 | post #30)

Mother: Crime May Keep Son From H.S. Graduation

That is so sad. Surely someone will either set up a fund or one of the car dealerships will donate a van to this family. I wish I was in a position to buy her a van. She is a wonderful mother for taking such great care of her son. I'm sure it wasn't easy. Congratulations and God Bless him for graduating! Way to go!  (May 16, 2008 | post #4)

Police Arrest Minister In Sex Sting

So sick and so sad. I feel sorry for his family as they suffer through this. He should have driven over to Murphy. The Collin County DA dropped all of the "To Catch a Predator" charges there.  (May 16, 2008 | post #7)

Texas Gas Prices Set Another Record High

It would be easier if the media would just quit reporting on the gas prices. Every morning I wake up to hear "Gas prices have set another record." From now on, I will just assume that that price will continue to rise daily. Just report to me when it's dropped back down so that the average American can afford it.  (May 9, 2008 | post #6)

Jessica About Tony: 'I Love This Guy' - What The El! News Story...

Man Dies Trying To Stop Car Thief

Just because someone is less fortunate than others or because they may have "social" challenges, they should NOT be given the green light to do as they please. That's ridiculous. They should be punished and held accountable. This man took another man's life...a hard-working man who had a family. He WORKED for what he had. I don't care what Billy's background is -- if he didn't have loving parents, he has had to struggle, whatever -- there is NO justification for what he did.  (May 2, 2008 | post #19)

Man Dies Trying To Stop Car Thief

My heart goes out to the victim's family, especially his small children. As for Billy, why waste tax-payer dollars for a trial and for locking him up and providing him a life behind bars? He is yet another fine example of someone who is taking up too much oxygen. He should be put to death immediately. What a low life.  (May 2, 2008 | post #18)

Crime Victim Apparently Not All He Seems

I'm trying to understand your point, but it's hard to read. What I CAN get from it is that you are defending this person. Many people have a hard life (not even sure if that is this guy's story), but no matter what his background, a liar is a liar. I will help out anyone who is sincere and who needs help, but if someone is a liar and a scammer, they don't deserve the help or the attention they may be seeking. Just be honest. Why does that seem to be such a hard thing for people these days???  (May 2, 2008 | post #9)
