Glacier - - The best kept secret in Saylorsburg! Not for long!
I had the privileged of dining at Glacier before the band went on and I have to say the meal was outstanding. The menu has the right balance of seafood, pasta, beef, chicken and turkey selections. I had the bruschetta prepared with shrimp peppers and Mediterranean olives that was absolutely to die for. If I had known it was going to be that good I would have ordered two and skipped the entrée. However I also had the blackened Alaskan salmon that I also thoroughly enjoyed. I highly recommend you give this place a try. (Jul 19, 2009 | post #2)
