I don't know what to say about the pioneer press? Injury is the major concern with GF, at his age you know he has to be feeling it the next morning. There just doesn't seem to be a whole lot of enthusiasm for this season. Vikings - 12 Saints - 21 Nothing new is gonna happen at this game. AP - will be limited on yardage, due to hamstring. Gus - will pass OK, but no real danger to Saints. Defense - pass defense will be passed on lots. OL - Will be over loaded on several sides keeping them off balance and 8 in the box. So where do I see a change coming? Team erupts in finger pointing and fighting.....Chill y gets called to the office and gets his hand slapped. We are at NO so I don't think Ziggy will get to upset if we lose. I don't think to many people are gonna disagree with your analysis. Personnally I thought if were going to put in a different QB, it should have been JDB. Here is why! If JDB gets hurt, we just lost a 3rd stringer (unlikely but possible). Not really a great blow. Keep TJ ready for full duty if needed (a likely possibility - unfortunately). (Monday Sep 29 | post #2)
Let me get this straight. You think if we had TJ in there today the outcome of the game would have been different? But to answere your questions: how many 40+ pass games - none, they didn't trust him to pass with his INT problem. No you are correct that Jackson would not have gotten delay penalties - he'd give them the ball to quick. I only know one guy who is gonna agree with you on this one and he is banned.
