DHS Challenges Class Action Status Of Suit
Dhs sued me last month, claiming I owed $17K...been current for 8 years, the have susppened my DL 6 times, although it is was never regained, there should only be one fine not 8. Ex wife went to court to stand in for my rights. WE beat them up over the last payment dis agreement,,, So, tomorrow I must go back where DHS is trying to force me to pay for my my ex-wife's food stamps she received in 1996 which was 4 yrs after our divorce. Even when all the while I was paying my monthly support and DHS was keeping $100 bucks a month from my payments. If I do somehow owe for her foodstamps it was taken from me years ago. The lawyers will look a judge in the eyes and lie to him. How are these tactic legal, Doesnt everyone share the burden of playing for Tanf? tomorrow is the arraingmentif it not dropped I want a news crew so we can warn all other dad's, So Far I'm out almost a $1000 dollars for lawyers and Bank fees for all the cancelled checks...
