Im so happy hes 18 and can be fully charged as an adult. The bus driver needs a severe meeting with ending with a firing. The school for one needs to take highschool students off middle school buses. He deserves to be in jail for a long time. They probably got the alcohol from a legal 21 year old, I'd bet money on that. For anyone that doesn't know what a muzzle loader is, it's basically like an old musket. You don't just but a bullet in and that's it, you have to add powder and all that good stuff. Hahaha, I can about guarantee that your story has alot more in it then what your saying, if its not just completely a load of trash to begin with. Like it has been said, the cops that busted these clowns were specifically signed from the start to investigate drug related crimes. The problem with your complaint is simple. I also guarantee that the marijuana was not personal use, so ofcourse its going to affect other people. Im glad alot of logical people started posting after me, I was beginning to think that i was going to be alone thinking that growing ILLEGAL DRUGS was a bad idea. Come on if your going to start calling people names atleast use something thats relevant, Perry Mason was a fictional defense attorney. Amen to that, GOD be with the victims that died. CNN is stating that the shooter was A U.S. Army MAJOR Malik Nadal Hasan. What are the chances you know? "My eyes are rolling." If you remember a few weeks back, the guy arrested in Colorado was a Middle Eastern Muslim and he was Employed as a Shuttle Bus Driver at the Airport! There have been threats to Military Bases for the past few years and then this happens, from a Military Officer supposedly on our side. I do hope many of you realize that the 14 pounds of marijuana would have gone somewhere right and i wouldnt have been surprised if they had just sold a good deal of their "Crop" before they were busted. Anyone that thinks marijuana bust is a waste of time is doesnt have a clue what they unveil. Marijuana bust lead to names, locations, dealers, and information regarding higher level drug and your foolish if you think it doesnt. You do know there is a specific sector of law enforcement that specifically targest drugs, right. Its not like they took someone off another job and moved them to Drug Enforcement just for this investigation. The only most important question i ask is this ( and i ask this in a realistic sense because i know some people arent thinking that why) would you want your Sons or daughters buying this stuff at school. Why arent they using their Great Crime Fighting Radar so they can be right at crimes when they happen. Maybe instead of sitting here moaning why dont you get out there and solve the crimes. Go on right ahead, good luck am i sure you will do great with your psychic powers i bet you would do wonderfully and make all these stupid cops seem like they are wasting your tax money. But then again it does seem as though a few posters so far probably have first hand experience as to how marijuana effects people. So i guess that would make everyone lazy and paranoid, right. The highway patrol does not issue bond, that is the responsibility of the court system, magistrates and judges to be exact. Whether or not it was an accident is irrelevant. The moment she left the scene that was intent. If I were a betting man i'd say she was drunk due to the fact she went completely over the center line. The fact that her license is revoked also is good evidence that her license was probably revoked for dwi in the past. I'm sorry but I feel no grief for her. To go completely over the centerline to the other fog line is insane. She shouldn't have been driving in the first place. Just remember that if you oppose what the state is doing particularly in this bid the vast majority voted in another democratic governor after our last one will most likely prove to be a criminal. Former Winston-Salem Police Officer Charged - WGHP

Another moron ( would like to use a few more choice words to describe this individual) making Good Honest Law Enforcement Officers look bad. There are a handful in every kind of job. I still think Politicians have law enforcement beat by a long shot in terms of Dishonesty. Any Law enforcement officer that is charged with a crime should also be charged with a Law based on the betraying of the ethic code they swore to protect. I dont believe there is such a Law but I believe there should be one, and this is coming from someone close to law enforcement. I cant stand seeing people betray the badge. Great point, however i do have a correction though. Law Enforcement Officers are trained to shoot untill the threat has stopped, whether that be death or the suspect has stopped resisting for whatever reason. Its not Light and Fluffy enough to say shoot to kill so Officers are taught to shoot Center mass on a suspect and to shoot untill you stop the threat.  (Oct 22, 2009 | post #14)
