Wow...how busy our lives are in these times. I understand how exhausted you must feel. Exercise can certainly help with your overall stress level. Devoting 20 minutes a day on a functional strength training routine would reap benefits of increased metabolism and lower stress levels, and a more appeasing physique. A personal trainer could help you to design a program that would incorporate the large muscle groups, with your time constraints in mind. I also recommend that you take each opportunity in your daily life to get in the "extra step"...take the stairs at work, park farther away at the grocery store, take standing breaks at your job. Remember to have a positive open mind when it comes to exercise so that you can allow the benefits of the endorphins to lower your stress level. (Apr 2, 2008 | post #4)
