Cape Verde is very much like any "New World Nation" There is a very diverse concentration of people within the Cape Verdean community all over the world. You can not give a nation like Cape Verde a race but an ethnicity. If you do give it a race you lack the sense of a good education. For example if I told you that the race of Americans is white what would you think? I am Cape Verde and when someone asks what my race is, I proudly tell them my ethnicity “Cape Verdean”.
