Track down some classic dishes at Spain's best food festivals
I love reading about the origins of traditional dishes. It's always interesting to hear for example that paella, Spain's most popular dish, was once considered a 'poor man's dish'. I just wish that there were more vegetarian Spanish dishes! I am not a big meat-eater, but most of Spain's dishes contain some sort of meat or fish. (Oct 15, 2009 | post #3)
