Stark in superior court after being charged with 1st degree murder
Where does it say that she was battered? From the article it appears that she was living in California with another man and not living in Spokane getting abused by him. And if she anticipated danger enough to where she found it necessary to bring a gun and forewarn her son of possible gunplay, she should have involved law inforcement instead of going there herself.
