Africans only have a colonial history (very few slave plantations in AFrica during the slave trade; mainly in East Africa). #2 Most American (black or white are tourist) #3 America = Money (black or white) #4 Who can a European relate to more. Most likely it`s gonna be the Western European name. #5 AA culture has many European elements in it. #6 European youth is engulfed by American entertainment (black or white. I see your Point of view clear as day, but at the end of the day whether a person is half white or is 1/16th white, the overwhemingly majority of whites world wide don`t like Blacks Whether it be Spain, Portugal, America, or Argentina. I`m 1/4 white but don`t look like i am, but people can tell when i grow my hair out that i do have an added mixture. When i visited my Grandfather as kid in the Hillingdon part of London i got major looks and stares becasue my father is Nigerian, but my mother is a Bi-racial Brasilian. The older Brits would touch my hair and say "oh he has such nice looking hair for an African Black boy"... Even though i was 5 at the time i knew what an insult was. On my other trips out thier i had a blast, cuz Londoners are very open minded and laid back for the most part. The Spaniards, Italians, Argentenians, Chilians, southern Brasilians, REALLY do not like blacks. Your personal experince may be just that. Your own personal experience. All you have to do is look at a map of the Western Hemisphere and tell me how many Spaniards are proud of 220 million blacks speaking Spanish and Portuguese. Not to many Spaniards will be bragging about that, and if they are it`s in a insulting way.
